All workmen were neat and tidy and put everything back exactly as it was . We had a couple of teething problems afterwards but this was very quickly addressed with no hassle.

Survey done in September 24 and 3 more thereafter. Dated booked for installation in February 2025. Call today 22 January 25 to say no more funding and it's been cancelled. What a waste of my time. Absolutely shocking.
Extremely helpful,patient and willing to answer our questions from our first contact . Easy to contact and returned calls when they said they would. We have yet to have the work completed,but, if our experience so far is anything to go by, they will do an excellent job.woild have no hesitation in recommending them.

Union Technical first started installing my new heating system in the first week of July 2024 (even when the plumbers turned up 2 days early), well this is now January 2025 and the works are still not complete. I have phoned and phoned and phoned again on numerous occasions as I'm still waiting for the installation of a heater in my kitchen and also an extract fan in the bathroom and kitchen. When you do manage to get to speak to someone they continually fob you off with "I'll need to get my manager to phone you back" and yes guess what ? You don't get a return phone call ! I already had the heating installed when they then decided to send in the joiners to do the insulation.... bit back to front if you ask me, then low and behold more joiners appeared 2 months later as they forgot to install insulation in the cupboards ! Also the plumbers that were used in my property had absolutely no respect for my property or any of my furnishings, they actually spent more time laughing and joking with things on their phones.

Union Technical. Such a professional company surveyor like Colin was on his visit to me must be very hard to find these days, so easy to communicate with and explained everything in simple lay man's terms over a coffee while completing the paperwork for my solar panels application.

HeatPump and Solar installation 5/11/24
The Heating Electrical,Insulation and Solar teams were great. They were friendly and certainly hard working and did an amazing job. The system is working well although because there is no space in our kitchen for a heater the kitchen is cold. I have fitted an electric towell but this is not enough. Our solar panels had to be changed as the originals were too close to the ridge. They were changed but we still need the ridge refitted and the bathroom extractor connected. Overall I am very happy with Union Technican both the workmen and the contacts in the office. I would certainly recommend them.

U Tech came and carried out a survey on my parents property in September 24 for air source central heating and solar panels under the Echo 4 scheme. My parents are in their late 80's, both housebound and disabled, with NO central heating. I was told, it would be a matter of weeks until the installation would be carried out. We are now 12 weeks post survey and despite many phone calls, there is still no sign of any heating/solar panels being installed. Each time I call U Tech I get fed different lies, always U Tech saying they were waiting for the OK from the council (Highland) to carry out the works. I finally contacted my local MP (Kate Forbes) to look into this, which she did immediately. Only then it came to light that U Tech hadn't actually sent any paperwork through to the council. So for 3 months I have been lied to, time and time again. I sent a copy of the email from Kate Forbes to U Tech saying no such quote had been received by the council and they should look into this with immediate effect. A few hours on and things (hopefully) seem to be moving forward. It's sad and frustrating that such action has to be taken to get U Tech to do the job they are trusted to do. Would I recommend them..NO! Do I trust them to carry out the works...NO. Do I hope they can turn this review around...YES 100%.

Had an appointment booked for cavity wall insulation booked, I moved my furniture, took canvases, shelfs etc off the walls , moved my washing machine etc and took time off work just for them not too show up. I didn't receive a phone call, text, email informing me that they weren't coming. I called the office and was told someone would call me back, I'm still waiting.

We were hugely impressed by the project teams: the insulation, ASHP & wet systems, and Solar PV Installation teams.
A large number of tradesmen quietly proceeding with their specific tasks, and clearing up any debris at the end of each phase.

The workmen came when they said and installed our new heating system and solar panels in two days.Yes it was abit of a mess which you would expect from umpteen workmen working together installing pipes and radiators.They tidied up after themselves and took away all of the rubbish.The heating is wonderful.

The first and important things the team was young but the the young team were clean and done the job quiet good but the guy who done the electric part and put the new Programer for boiler I was not happy with his job and I cant feel any different with this new insulation in my idea is only done to make the governments happy about less pollution thing .And also I've not been paid £200 yet.

I had a great experience with this company. The guys were great. Efficient, talked me through everything they were going to do and although I gave the election a headache, he was great. They cleared up after themselves. I have nothing to complain about.
Can't forget the staff on the phone, especially Sylvia, who was so patient with all the calls I had to make!
