I went for Romanian citizenship after I was fired from my job. At first I had no idea my family even had any repatriation-related documents. The lawyer mentioned what kind of proof sometimes helps in these cases, so I called my mom just to check. Turns out she had a whole bundle of old documents in her attic, wrapped in a scarf for whatever reason. I mailed everything over, and somehow a few of them were actually valid. I mean, talk about luck! Now I’m waiting for my oath-taking ceremony, and I’m honestly proud I reached out to experts.

May i ask, why Union Permits does answer only the Positive views? Can't you explain and give your justification for the detailed negative review? I know you bloody scammers will not that. But i will keep my efforts in benefitting the normal people.

After receiving $20,000 from my family, this company stopped communicating with us for more than five months. We are currently working either the relevant authorities to ensure they are held accountable. They don't respond to emails or phone calls after they receive the payments. I hope that you don't make the same mistake we made when we started communication with this company.

I received a response from this company after five full months since my first review. They had the audacity to say that they are a registered company and asked that I contact them by email or through three phone numbers that they listed. I tried calling all three numbers but they never respond. Is this really a legitimate company? I have already reported them to the relevant authorities and they will be held accountable for sure. Please be careful in dealing with this company.

Ministry approval is still pending, but the process up to this point has been super smooth—no missing paperwork, no confusion. Honestly, opening a bank account was more complicated. Union Permits really simplified everything.

Scamer, took 60k euro from me to make me get Slovenian passport and shared me fake documents then disappear and stop answering when I didn't get the passport .

I am so glad that I decided to change my life! It is so nice here in Romania. Nice looking buildings, clear air, best accommodation and feeling of safety, it is heaven on Earth. I got all of this with the help of Unionpermits and its lawyers. They guided me through the process of repatriation, helped me with documents and now I am a citizen of Romania. I am very thankful to Them! No person is happier than I am right now XD.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM. BEWARE!!
I started the process with them in Jan 2024. More than a year later and after paying more than 50%, they have stopped responding to my messages. This was before they tried to convince me to pay more money upfront. When I insisted that I'll only pay the balance after getting the passport, they became cold. I even asked for a video call but they came up with a lame excuse of how their company policy doesn't support this. This was when I was truly convinced they are a scam company. None of the numbers are working. They use IP phones and can only reach you, you cant ever reach them. I ran a check on the ID cars of the fake lawyer only to discover that the face he used was not his face - classic identity theft!
This is a genuine feedback - this guys are scam and illegal. If you're already speaking with them, curse them and discontinue the conversation, and then report their website. They are scam and fake. They might sound real at the beginning, but it's all fake and a scam.

Scam! Be aware. Unfortunately I believed them as they showed what seemed to be genuine documents related to my father. After doing the transfer, they disappeared and stopped answering any text, emails or calls. Be aware it is a scam.

Reply 1: I’m unable to post a reply to your reply. What email I should use to send you the details noting that i’m not getting replies from your agent, lawyer and finance already!

Update on Jan 31 2025: I received couple of emails since my review saying things will move then disappeared again with no answers and no replies! Be careful people and don’t fall for them like I did

Update 3: March 14 2025. I received a request from trustpilot to review my post upon unionpermits request and around the same time I received positive emails from unionpermits. I waited to see the progress and did not change my review. As expected, they disappeared again and no reply for 3-4 weeks to date.

Update 4: April 2026, I’m really surprised they are still scamming people. It is a shame!

I worked with Union Permits lawyer for almost 10 months and got a Slovenian ID-card.Overall his support is good but nothing special.He did his job. there were no nuances and there is nothing special to say.Simply lawyer who guide you to citizenship without any problem.
