I have been here for almost 3 years now. Poor customer service. CSP events are a rip off. Unilodge rips tennants off in the name of CSP events.

Responsive Staff. Room with a perfect condition. Nice location.

Just a bit expensive as compared to services offered

The elevator has been broken for a week and it said will be fixed on monday but nothing happen till now.
Sometimes when we late to pay just for a day or two, we got an email of notice, but It takes ages to fix the broken facilities.
The dryer is very dirty with a lot of dust, and a lot of washing machine that is broken. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Fire alarm system was ridiculous. To the point where I didn't use my stove tops for an entire semester due to fear of paying $2000 fine. My alarm had gone off before when my cooking meat was still raw.
Very antisocial atmosphere.
Garbage truck wakes me up every morning. Leaf blower wakes me up before 7am most mornings.
Can hear people next door to me slamming their bathroom door, banging on wall and even talking!
Rooms are nice but the cons weigh our the pros
Would not recommend living here!

Its relativity expensive when compared to other options and roommates were really bad and there was not way to change or alter without changing rooms and

comfortable and safe to live！

Room is good and the application/admin process is good, but price of wifi is extortionate ($30 = 10 GB per month!) and there is no cellular reception in the rooms. When it's windy outside, the entire building howls with the wind rushing through the corridors. Parking is also extra ($16 per fortnight).

The best accomodation any student shout live in. A great social environment. Opportunity to interact with multicultural people and having fun together is the advantage of staying at any accomodation if unilodge. UC Lodge is a great accomodation for UC students as its located in the campus reducing travel and increasing convenience. I love living here.

very convenient place to stay especially for international student. Even though I study at ANU, the distance did not become a problem because there is a lot of bus until midnight from UC Lodge to ANU.
