The platform is extremely slow and unreliable. Pages take a very long time to load, and sometimes I can't even access the courses at all. This makes it very difficult to study and wastes a lot of time.

For an educational platform, stable and fast access to courses should be a basic requirement. The content may be useful, but the website performance seriously affects the learning experience.

I hope the technical issues are fixed soon, because currently the platform is frustrating to use.

Just obtained a diploma in financial reporting: interpretation and application. Self paced studies are a great deal. UniAthena has helped me to be a step further in my professional aspirations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A learning platform that actually delivers on its promise.
I've got the chance to experience their courses firsthand — and it's genuinely why I recommend them to others students.

I completed several short courses including Basics of Cyber Attacks and Threats, Basics of Cyber Law, and Essentials of Data Visualization using MS Excel and so on. Each one was well-structured, practical, and easy to fit around a busy schedule, which is exactly what working professionals and students need.

Beyond the short courses, I've also attended several of their webinars — including sessions on Python for Working Professionals, and Transformational Leadership, and so on.

These all gave me real exposure to industry-relevant topics and a genuine sense of what their postgraduate programs offer, taught by people who clearly know the field.

When I talk to prospective students, I always highlight how these short courses aren't just certificates — they build a foundation that opens doors, whether that's a new skill, a career pivot, or preparation for their advanced programs like the DBA or MBA.

One area I'd love to see improved is more interactive/live Q&A time during webinars.

Overall, UniAthena's commitment to accessible, career-focused education is really enthusiastic. If you're serious about upskilling without putting your life on hold, this platform is worth exploring.

I would like to learn from Uniathena, but the app is faulty because people have been complaining about how they make payments but not receiving their certificates

How can you rectify this issue.

I love the fact that there are numerous learning and academic options available, as well as interesting courses that can help to sharpen the mind and upgrade ones skillset, these courses are easy to grasp as the Tutors have a way of simplifying and breaking it down in such a way that it becomes interesting to the learner and at the same time gaining an indepth knowledge of the course.
I must add that this is a go to option if you are looking for capacity development for yourself or staff members.
Thumbs up!

Great experience. The course I wanted had clear and understandable information and the quiz tests to test if you really understood a certain concept, you are able to rewrite the tests till you are certified with your results which is very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to other people. I got in contact with a gentleman named Levi Smith regarding assistance with claiming my certificate and he was very helpful with information and explaining things.
