Needed a refrigerator urgently so we purchased one from here and had the order rushed. Paid extra for the expedited shipping. Fridge looked nice from the outside. Inside was a nightmare. There was mold and this clear gelatin-like substance in the corners and hard to reach places. The worker Billy was rude about it and decided to end the conversation without providing a resolution. Terrible experience with horrific customer service.

You failed to mention that Billy decided to abruptly end the conversation without having fully reached a conclusion. It's interesting that you should mention insults and being rude where there was nothing of my sort from my behalf. I understand that you guys are running a business and wish to look as good as possible, that's why you and Billy are making the issue seem as little as possible and trying to pass the blame onto me. Each negative review reflects badly upon you but the service truly did deserve the worst possible rating. Perhaps try to right the wrong instead of justifying the error? I have read many others having experienced bad things as well but those no not affect my situation. As a business that has failed a customer, the onus is not on the customer to make it right, it is the business'. Providing an email to reach customer service does nothing for a customer, especially when the initial point of contact was most unhelpful. The business should be going out of its way to accommodate when they have failed. That's my personal belief when sold a refrigerator filled with mold but then again, I'm not in the business of selling mold.

This is a great way to buy used appliances. I appreciated the ability to have the appliances delivered and set up, and the old ones hauled away as I am a single mom. And having a 30 day warranty on them also brings peace of mind. The appliances were in great condition and work great. I would use this company again.
