We had our storage installed today & didn’t quite realise how amazing it would look once in. The process from enquiring to today has been effortless & Paul who came was so tidy & really did a superb job. I genuinely recommend this company to anyone looking to finish off their hallway with incredible looking storage!

From start to finish the whole process was genuinely amazing.
Tony the company director came out 75 miles gave us great advice, ordered instantly based on Tony being very knowledgeable and not pushing for a sale at all !
Then installation along came Adam, bang on time never stopped working into the evening bearing in mind he had a 75 mile journey home ! His attention to detail was exemplary can’t speak to highly about this guy most trade professionals I’m sure you agree start to clock watch and rush cut corners to finish at 2.0 not Adam he is amazing swept up! took time to explain the operation of my amazing new addition to my home creating a great space saving no clutter investment.
Certainly will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family!!!!

We are very happy with the installation of our understairs storage. Paul was extremely friendly and respectful of our property. The workmanship was immaculate and we are very pleased. We also requested matching doors to replace the old airing cupboard doors which match the under stairs which they also fitted.

I loved the idea of having more storage to the dead space in my house that I recently moved into before Christmas. I happen to come across Understairs by Giobella while searching for quotes and designs. Absolutely first class!! As a tradesman myself I thought how hard can it be to make and build it myself, if the parts are sent to me……. Tony listened and explained that due to the bespoke nature and of course the guarantee it wouldn’t be possible to install it myself. It of course made perfect sense. The process is easy, no pressure, great customer service and of course great price that met our budget. We even communicated during the Christmas period when most businesses are closed or restricted communication/service.

Nick was great with the survey and understood how we wanted it to look and explained to maximise our storage that would work with a door (for boiler access)

Adam has done a fantastic job. Credit to the company. Neat clean and tidy. Explained how to use the drawers and door. Went above and beyond. Like I said previously as a tradesman myself definitely be recommending Understairs by Giobella. Thank you very much.

Great experience with understairs from start to finish. Tony was very proffesional when providing a quote and survey. Reassured me the work could be done after being let down by another company because they didn’t do storage with floor to ceiling walls. understairs didn’t see this as a problem and quoted me for less!

DREADFULL SERVICE DO NOT USE ...

I am writing to formally complain about my experience with your company regarding under-the-stairs storage paid a deposit in OCTOBER 2025 .

I initially contacted you after being promised a full service, including an on-site meeting, design drawings, available pattern options, and a full cost breakdown. After this initial contact, I heard nothing further for over six weeks. During that time, I had to chase your company several times just to secure an on-site visit.

Following the visit, I was again promised drawings, design ideas, and full pricing details. Despite this, I have received zero response since, despite further attempts to contact you.

At this stage, the complete lack of communication and failure to deliver on repeated promises is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I have allowed more than enough time for a response and have made every reasonable effort to engage with your business.

Due to this ongoing lack of contact, I am now proceeding with a formal complaint and will be escalating this matter further unless I receive a clear response immediately

Absolutely thrilled with our fitted under-stairs storage from Giobella. From start to finish, the whole process was quick, efficient, and perfectly accommodated our time frame.
Tony was lovely when he first came out to measure—professional, friendly, and very clear in explaining the whole process, which instantly put us at ease.

A huge thank you must go to Adam, the incredible fitter. He worked with a particularly tricky space that included an awkward pipe, and he genuinely went above and beyond to turn it into a fully usable, beautifully finished storage area. His attention to detail and problem-solving were outstanding.

We needed storage in our new build and had asked our bedroom fitter but he pointed us in the direction of a specialist company. Spoke to Tony and visited the showroom and decided it was for us after looking at reviews. On the day, Adam fitted the storage and what a pleasant, hard working man he is. Excellent service throughout from survey to installation. Friendly people who are thoroughly professional. Prepared to travel and Paul put in a 12 hour shift to install in one day. Incredible and perfect. The quality of the finish by Nick was outstanding.

We have so much storage. They were fantastic from start to finish. The planning and showing us different ideas and finishes to the installation by Adam who was prompt ans never stopped all day!
