Had our under stairs space transformed into an excellent storage space by Giobella just last week. Just brilliant. Cannot believe how much extra storage this has created. The work was carried out by Paul who was so professional & an excellent fitter. Very conscientious & was very keen to make sure any mess was cleaned up . Great communication from Tony, who came out to survey the space and keep us updated. I would certainly recommend this company.

If you wish to play ignorance that's your choice, it would not pay in your favour in a court room, particularly as I'll be taking legal actions for your public defamation and false accusations against me. This should show to the new customers the true colours of your personality and the length you're prepared to go to tarnish others.
Definition of "breach of contract" in law: an act of breaking the terms set out in a contract, which you've done by changing my design WITHOUT informing me and gaining my consent first. I only realised it at the time of installation that the new designer was £224 cheaper then my original contract. I had to raise a formal complaint to get the difference back because you never informed me about the changes or the price discrepancy. I urge everyone going through the same struggles I went to report your wrong doing to the Trading Standard Authority. All is recorded and proaveble despite your attempts to deceive customers.

Nothing to complain about the product and the installation. Unfortunately, the company has been in breach of contract and it took a lot of work for things to be rectified. The company did not take any responsibility nor apologised once. Should this happen to you too make sure to report them to the Trading Standards Authority as the contract cannot be changed without your consent.

We wanted some under-stairs drawers/cupboards when we first moved in our house, but couldn’t find anyone locally who could do this - we were so pleased to hear about Giobella when our neighbours used them. The service has been so quick from initial contact to fitting! Adam worked so hard meticulously building and creating the drawers and cupboard and cleaned up afterwards! We are so pleased with our new drawers/cupboard - not a single shoe/coat/bag has been dumped on the hallway floor since! We would definitely recommend to others. Thank you ☺️

Excellent communication right from the start. The team returned my call, coordinated the home visit to assess what we needed and all the options open to us . They brought samples for us to look at.
The day of the under stairs being done the messages in advance to confirm, they spent the day meticulously fitting our under stairs cub board and drawers. They even cleaned up everything and left it spotless.

After a six month wait Adam arrived to fit our under stairs storage. We had an awkward post and Adam worked tirelessly to fit the units around it. The job over ran the allocated day and he needed to find accommodation nearby so he could return on the Saturday morning. Unfortunately one piece had be cut incorrectly during manufacture. Three months later Adam has returned to replace the faulty piece. The 5 Star review is to reflect the level of service we received from Adam. He is a true professional and an asset to the company.

We bought a house a few month ago and we really wanted to do something with the under stairs area, we really wanted a modern, well organised space for our shoes. I came across this lovely and professional team run by Tony who was very helpful and they ticked all the boxes for us. Paul was so professional in everything he did, quick and he made sure everything was perfect!

We had exceptional service from the very start. Tony was very helpful over the phone and came out straight away to look at our job, measured up and gave price. Some companies dont do this they want it over the phone or on email. Giobella offer that personal touch which I believe is important. Once our units were ready this exceptional service continued. Our fitter Adam let me know when he was on his way. Once here he carried out a brilliant job. He was very hard working, focused on doing his best. He had pride in doing a good job, his attention to every detail was spot on. Which is a breath of fresh air these days and something that we appreciate very much. He did take a few hours but the finished product is amazing and well worth it. Also I commend him on managing to work around the rain which wasnt always playing ball on the day. I am so happy with it all and the quality of the product is excellent too. My understairs storage finishes off my kitchen perfectly. I highly recommend Giobella.

We spotted Giobella locally and decided to get some work done. The staff were very professional from start to finish, explaining the options, process and cost. On the day of fitting we had Adam who was excellent and went above and beyond to help with the fitting and some adjustments for us on the day.

WOW what a transformation!
We were undecided on getting the understairs storage so visited the showroom in Chorley. As soon as we saw it in person, we decided to go ahead with it and we’re so glad we did. The customer service from beginning to end has been excellent. Tony came to measure up and after looking at previous reviews we asked for Adam to install it for us. Initially we were given an installation date a few weeks away but Tony contacted us when an earlier slot became available. It’s been a few weeks now since it’s been installed and I am loving the storage space and how nice it looks too. Special mention for ADAM who worked tirelessly all day to get the perfect finish. His passion and dedication towards his work is exemplary. If you are undecided, don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it. And do ask for Adam!
