I bought a £49.99 10 package from them and have never been refunded so quickly in my life due to knowing the law well for consumer matters in the UK.

If you get parcels from Royal Mail or any source even if they were undelivered, by purchasing them they are now delivered to someone.
When you buy a car you buy from a dealership and not from the factory. So you cannot advertise that the car is direct from the factory. the dealership holds the contract. The contract with a buyer for undelivrd is with .. Undelivrd.

Even if there were undelivered packages, they cannot last forever and deliveries are becoming more and more tracked as technology improves.

Undelivrd have been taking packages or goods and packing them into new jiffy bags or plastic bags, and then giving them to people. These goods are all new products that cannot be proven to have ever been undelivered mail. I contacted Royal Mail and they do not perform this service and neither do the couriers. We cannot buy this ourselves and auction houses are typically used.

The packages arrived with no labels or anything and the auction house themselves would be the ones removing the outside label but not opening them. They don't have to consent by GDPR to protect an unknown persons data. So there is a grey area that exists in Data Protection Acts where it is unknown that one will be receiving the name of another in an invoice inside a package. But this is not the case for undelivrd and it is a scam.

Awful experience. Was delivered a load of opened junk (for £60), sent the parcel back and then not issued a refund. Total scam and would not recommend this to anyone.

This was recommended by a family member, so i gave it a go I opened the box and the items inside were worth more than double what I paid.

Had a laugh opening with my partner, we both got at least one item we were happy with and will gift the rest to family and friends. Will be buying again soon!

Biggest SCAM ever!!! Can’t believe I fell for this load of crap!! Non of the items were in parcel bags so definitely not undelivered items just a box with about 6 items worth about 50p. Glass jar, fruit of the loom t-shirt, ping pong balls and paper clips.

It is a scam! Any comments they do not like on their Facebook page get deleted or you get blocked. It is all tat that everybody is getting and the same tat! The only people who are getting good items appear to be their friends/family!

These are NOT undelivered parcels. They come in packaging that’s never had a label on them. You’re led to believe the contents are unknown. Absolutely a lie. Customer service is non existent and they block all comments on fb! Don’t waste your money!

Happy with the box overall, got a box set (Royle Family), swiss army knife, a child's leap frog laptop and a massage gun being the best items. The gamble paid off, will definitely be ordering again.

All items are cheap and repackaged, nothing to do with undelivered parcels. Box was worth less that £5. Even if the concept coulr be real, they get all the good items themselves to sell on and send out the worst parts. I'd hate to think of the people who got the more expensive lots, TVs and John lewis goods

I decided to take a gamble and made an order on day of launch - 7 November, and money was immediately taken from my account. Advised it would take 5-7 days for delivery. When I hadn’t received anything after 10 days, I enquired and was advised my order was on ‘next delivery’ - it wasn’t. After two weeks, I got an email to say ‘sorry, we can’t fulfil your order’ - so despite me ordering before many had their orders fulfilled, they failed to deliver - seems really odd. In many ways, a lucky escape, as reading reviews from those who did receive, sounds like cheap bulk items distributed. Hopefully money will be returned to account soon. Their Facebook group is a farce too - if you make any enquiries, or any negative comments they just block, and all those claiming to get good items appear to be friends of the family. A shame, but looks to be a scam, making someone a lot of money for Christmas.

Package took a week longer than expected. Only recieved 9 packages not 10 that I paid for. Some items worth it so can’t moan about the items but disappointed I was missing an item and no communications since I’ve said this.

Complete scam! Do not bother.

The packages have all been opened and repackaged (if they were even undelivered packages at all!).

Me and a colleague ordered and received 3 of the same tatty items. They have clearly bull bought a load of low value (light weight) items and are flogging them under this Undelivrd guise. My box probably wasn’t worth £10, neither was my colleagues.

Also, most of the items were underwear 🤢

Scam, scam, scam

This is a scam and not a genuine company. The items come in clear packaging and no evidence they have been from undelivered packages. It appears they buy a load of junk in bulk and send it out. Their Facebook group shows that most packages contained the same rubbish.

They are deleting comments on social media and blocking users from commenting/posting when challenged on this.

Avoid and save your money

Very bad, they just fill the packages up with random stuff which is very cheap.

Company misleads and missells 'undelivered' packages & parcels by repackaging cheap items to look like parcels. Advertisements on social media & main website make you think you are buying something other than what you will receive, and hide behind a no refund policy claiming items are sold 'as is' and they cannot guarantee what you will get as they 'don't know what's inside' themselves. Stay clear people, company started in October this year, guarantee it won't be around this time next year if they continue the same practices, speaking to my solicitor about this one.
