They listen an item as fair and as having a hole. When the pants had a large rip in them, they stated instead of as is quality this was a fair quality and the large rip can be considered a hole. They refuse the refund. They also said it was bought using a discount code, which was incorrect and they continued to refuse. They said that I should just donate the pants.
Be aware their quality conditions and that they may be deceptive in their practice of the damages. No photo was included of the extensiveness of the damage to these pants. Also be aware they do get sizes incorrect.

When I contacted customer service about this, the response was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering a solution for selling a damaged item, the agent (Emma) simply brushed me off, stated they don't accept returns from Austria, and just sent me a generic link to their FAQ page.
Selling damaged items under a false condition description and then hiding behind a foreign return policy without offering any refund is unacceptable. Save your money and avoid this company, terrible quality control and shocking customer service!!

Hello, I'm writing this so that others don't get scammed by this company. I bought several gold pieces, and over time I discovered that they sell gold-plated pieces as if they were solid gold. It's a complete scam, and they didn't respond to me at all. They refused to refund my money or anything. Be careful what you buy there; their service is terrible. It's a shame I bought from them for so many years. An honest and reputable company shouldn't do things like this.

Una total estafa y no me respondieron por nada. No quisieron devolverme el dinero ni nada. Cuidado con lo que compran allí , tienen muy mal servicio . Love love shopping here! I've visited the store before but recently took a trip with my book club and got almost everyone to get their Kindle from here! You can't beat the prices on them and the employees there we're super helpful and kind. Can't wait to plan my next trip back!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve been shopping here for years and it’s genuinely one of my favorite places, so I had to!
I shop both online and in-store. I do prefer going in-store, but I also love just scrolling the site and seeing what I come across.
I’ve found so many things I actually use all the time. Like my Olympus film camera I got for around $20 (still one of my favorite finds and use for all my trips), the cutest vintage designer heels, bags like my Bottega Veneta clutch that I literally use daily… even random things like my Kindle and phone chargers. It’s honestly my go-to for everything. All my outdoor stuff for hiking for me or my partner too. I’ve just gotten so much here lol. If I want something specifically, I’ll usually just wait it out and try to find it here instead before I buy retail.
All of my eyeglasses are from here too, and this is such a hidden gem I feel like. Designer frames for really good prices, then I just get lenses put in. Now I have a few pairs I can switch depending on what I’m wearing. If you wear glasses, you know the feeling of spending HUNDREDS on a new pair of frames but UB has them for under $50 and DESIGNER!
I also love shopping brands like Skims, Aritzia, Free People, and I’ve found a lot of great pieces from them. But some of my favorite things have honestly been the vintage and vintage designer finds.
I see lots of people talk about pricing, and I do agree, some things can feel a little high. But there are also a lot of really good deals, you just have to spend a little time looking. If you enjoy that, it’s definitely worth it.
Everything designer I’ve bought has been authentic, and anytime I’ve had questions, their team has been really helpful.
Overall my experience has been really positive and I keep coming back. I honestly don’t shop full retail much anymore when I can find things like this here instead.
Bad service, bad value.
I placed an order on February 14th, and they say orders placed over the weekend will ship by Tuesday. I heard nothing, even when emailing, and finally on February 25th they just cancel my order. Still no response otherwise.
Frankly, I’m glad they cancelled it. Their pricing isn’t actually that great when you look closer. I got the same product refurbished to like-new directly from the manufacturer in just 2 days! Order with them if you want them to charge you right away, sit on your money for 2 weeks, and then cancel with no response, overcharging you for a product they got in bulk from an airline.

I was looking at a jacket that was marked down 97+%. I found that same jacket on the internet elsewhere cheaper. They probably spend 30s putting a price on there to see if suckered will buy it and slowly work the price down from there but keep the original, terrible price to show just how faaar down they've marked it as if some wonderful deal.

You have to do your own research to see if the price they feature is even a discount or the same price you can get from another retailer, except used instead of new. Yeash. It's better to stay away from this.

Purchased online and never received. Wouldn’t refund.
I made a purchase online and never received my order. USPS tracking clearly showed that the item was returned to the company and never even left the first shipping facility. Despite this, they refused to issue me a refund.
To make matters worse, they charged me $27 for shipping when USPS confirmed the actual cost was only $7. They didn’t even insure the package for its true value.
I tried resolving the issue by calling their customer service line no less than 20 times. Unfortunately, they only have one representative working at a time. If that person is “on lunch” or assisting someone else, you’re forced to leave a voicemail. Even if your call is routed to their physical store, staff refuse to help. The online customer service manager also leaves every day at 2:30 CST, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone.
This company is a complete joke. They are dishonest, disorganized, and make zero effort to resolve customer issues. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

This site claims all items are professionally cleaned. The items I received were NOT cleaned. There was makeup all over the collar of the jacket I received and there was a dirty used face mask in the pocket. Disgusting and disappointing. Additionally, the sizes on the actual tags of the items I received are not the sizes that were advertised on the site.

I've bought multiple headphones from here. In fact, it's the only thing I've bought from them. If you're trying to find the perfect pair of headphones, look elsewhere. Not a good place to experiment. If you try to return, they charge $8.23 for shipping it back. I bought a pair of Anker Q20i just recently for $31.74, went through the return process and only got $13.51 back. I take a $20 hit returning it. More worth it if you get free shipping, but still recommend somewhere else if you're not for sure gonna like the product.

Sent me a damaged item from an order that amounted to over 281 USD (not the only purchase in the recent weeks) and Chloe (customer service) was unwilling to offer any form of customer service beyond stating that I should return for a full refund only even as I shared the costs that I put into trying to rectify the situation on my end. She was unwilling to offer a discount or any form of courtesy. I wrote apologetically and with the intent to figure something out because I really wanted to support this business. However, being met with such disrespect and lack of professionalism (especially when I purchased an item that cost me more to try and correct on my own because it was not in the condition that it was advertised to be with omission of damage that was extreme enough that the rest of the purchase needed to be remediated out of pocket as well), I realize that this indicative of an issue that likely does not just affect me. I would have been satisfied and understanding with any ounce of willingness to try and take some accountability or even the pretense of customer service regardless of the outcome. I am not surprised that it was not difficult to find others with the same experience with little effort.
