Rescued from nasty drain problem.
I was suffering from some nasty drain drama & was unsure of who to call. I found Unblockers on an internet search & was really pleased with the service. Tom arrived about an hour later & was very thorough in sorting out the problem. The price felt reasonable as well for the work carried out. Thank you.

First class service
Tom rang to let me know what time he would arrive and I showed him the problem. He was very proficient explaining that the problem was caused by the main trap due to the age of the property. He sorted the blockage within the hour and cleaned up after finishing. Very efficient service I would not hesitate to use them again

Very good service
Tom was very good and sorted out our drain blockage and pointed out the issue causing the problem, so was very informative. Tom came on time and came out on the same day of me calling Unblockers.

The initial contact was very good and…
The initial contact was very good and the staff were very helpful. The repair was arranged were quickley, and their engineer arrived within two hours.
He was very polite and explained our problem very well. The engineer fixed the problem and left the site cleaned with all rubble removed.
I'd definately use them again, and recomend them to others.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your initial experience with us was disappointing. This is not the level of service we aim to provide and are reviewing your case internally to prevent this happening again in the future.
After your review we contacted you to apologise and arranged a complimentary visit to resolve the issue. On the agreed date our engineer called to confirm they were on the way and again on arrival, but we weren’t able to gain access and were later advised the issue had already been resolved.

Phenomenal Service by Tom
Now I don't know about the company as a whole, but what I do know is that Tom was an absolute star.
I called up at 7:30am, by 8:30am Tom had called to let me know he's on the way, by 9am he was here and by 9:40am he had fixed my problem.
Water was coming up from the sink and I had no idea why, Tom found the problem straight away, reassured me and fixed it.
He could have attempted to charge etc for going above and beyond but didn't, and was very open and honest about his work.
100% trust, 100% reccomend.

I booked this company for an emergency. 5 Hours later they cancelled!
I booked this company for an emergency call out on 20 December at 10.14am. I explained that we had 50 people due to big celebration & they promised that they would definitely come. I felt confident that they would as the service seemed very professional and reviews were good. However they called around 3.15pm (1hr and 45mins before guests arrived) to say they couldnt make it due to a previous job taking longer. Thank god I found a local company who did an amazing job!

I’m really sorry we let you down on 20 December. Cancelling an emergency call-out later in the day, so close to your event, isn’t acceptable and I understand why you were frustrated.
We stayed in contact as the day progressed, but the engineer allocated to your job was held up on another emergency that overran and we ultimately couldn’t reach you in time. You were not charged anything.
We’ve tightened our emergency booking process so we only confirm attendance when we can realistically meet the agreed time window, and we’ve improved our backup cover to reduce the risk of late cancellations.

They did the job the same day!
They did the job the same day, literally were at the property within a couple of hours. Sorted the issue, they even went next door as that's where the issue was coming from, would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else now for any drainage issues.

Friendly and efficient service
Gary and his colleague communicated well, and managed to reverse the van and tanker up our very narrow lane (well done!) and emptied our septic tank with no fuss, and a 'can do' and friendly attitude. Would definitely recommend Unblockers.

Service was brilliant from the first…
Service was brilliant from the first phone call. Had a blocked drain outside and they booked me in straight away for the next morning. Arrived early and promptly got to work, explained everything he found and fixed the problem, which turned out wasn't our drains but the neighbours.
