Is there anything worse than…
Is there anything worse than discovering a blocked drainage pipe in the middle of a storm.
A quick phone call and an hour later we had men on site who instantly figured out the problem and offered a solution.
Couldn’t be happier with the response or the quality of service. 5 stars!

Sunday morning call out.
The gentleman, Garry from Agua Industrial Ltd, came promptly on a Sunday morning and worked well to unblock our drains.
Not a straight forward task as the blockage was quite away from our house. In finding out where it was, he dug out the inspection chamber and cleared it from there.
Very professional and nice chap as well.

Prompt and efficient service.
Homeguard attended promptly and unblocked my toilet for me. The job was not straightforward but was completed quickly and without fuss. Cracks in the drain were discovered in the process and rectified in the same afternoon.
The process was conducted with efficiency and friendliness.

The engineer turned up promptly and was very polite and pleasant.
He quickly established the cause of the problem and cleared it with no problems. He then cleaned down the whole area and left it clean and tidy.

Quick and effective response
Within minutes of reporting a blockage in a waste water pipe, Unblockers had contacted me to both give me a price and to tell me what time someone would call.
Whatever the blockage was that defied my own attempts to clear it with an off the shelf solution, the pipe was cleared within 10 minutes.

Cesspit emptying plus sorting of drainage issues.
I called Unblockers.net to empty my cesspit as I had no idea who to contact for this purpose. It was a shot out of the blue on my part but I am so pleased with the service given; prompt booking and arrival and all the tackle on board for sorting other drainage issues if required. The camera reveiled fibrous roots in the drainage pipe and I opted to have these cut out, at an extra price, as the necessary equipment was to hand on the tanker truck.
Altogether a very satisfactory experience and I will certainly use them again when the need arises.
