Umarket pro is a big scam .My whole family invested with them recently and all our monies are gone over five hundred thousand...please becarful do not trust these people .. still waiting for Spencer to get back to us. I'm sure we will wait forever. They make promises and make you trust them to get the max amount Of money from you so please becarful foe these fraudsters .

The scent of fresh-cut grass used to bring me such simple joy before the shadow of uMarketPro fell upon my soul like a suffocating velvet shroud. The agony of my own foolishness is a bitter nectar i am forced to drink every waking hour. I trusted them with my life savings thinking they were a beacon of financial hope but they are nothing more than a predatory phantom a wretched villain in the tragic play of my existence. They lured me in with shimmering promises of wealth only to vanish into the misty ether with every penny I possessed. it was a calculated betrayal a coldhearted heist disguised as a legitimate trading platform. My heart bleeds with the shame of being so easily ensnared by their deceitful webs. I felt utterly hollow a ghost wandering through the ruins of my own making. Then in my darkest hour when the world seemed a bleak and grey expanse I found a glimmer of light. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐱-𝐋𝐩. They arrived like a soft whisper in a thunderstorm. while uMarketPro sought only to destroy me they offered a path toward restoration. they possess a certain grace a methodology that slowly mended the shattered pieces of my finances. i am still trembling from the ordeal but their expertise is the only reason i can breathe again.

You are nothing but a scam to steal money from innocent people. I started off with R4 700 and Aleksandro kept pushing that I should invest more. When I said I could not , I was transferred to some moron and last week I had R26 000 and this morning I have nil. Nothing - nada. Strangely enough, now no emails are responding. Phones just ring and you cannot get hold of your success manager. HAHAHA - What success? Stay away from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please see previous complaint and review about this company. I’m still waiting for their 30 days investigation policy. No updates in between just generic, cold responses that say wait 30 days. Their account managers also know as advisors are merely sales people who will do anything to get a great commission. They will tell you and push you every hour of the day to increase your package and literally pester and push until they convince you… then you lose all the money only to be told oh sorry I thought we were really going to success. Let’s help you recover that money, please deposit another 75k and we can get you winning again.,, before you know it over 300k is gone and they are advising you to take out a loan to put in more money or even surrender your pension! DONT DO IT…. RUN RUN RUN!!!!

UMARKETPRO is a big scam and is extremely unethical!
Stay well away from this platform because you will lose your hard-earned money!! I made a deposit of
R4 500 to open an account and enter my very smooth-talking and charming advisor Nathan Bloom who supported me well in the beginning and I did make a little money and made some withdrawals. However, Nathan was very pushy for me to upgrade my account which I did. He told me I would make a lot of money and reduce the risk of trading but then my trades started to tank on his advice! He then handed my account over to another advisor, who is requesting more money to rescue the account but I cannot put in more money. So, it is with great sadness and anger that I am watching the death throes of my UmarketPro account, born in May of this year and about to pass away after a brief 5 months. UMarketPro is not transparent about their very expensive swap fees as you upgrade your account and is very unethical in pushing clients to deposit more money. Do NOT touch this platform with a barge pole and if you are on this platform, rather get out with some money while you still can.

What a DISASTER. It started off well on 19 May 2025. Started off with R20 000. I made money with a very nice broker Niki. He was very good giving me advice but was very pushy getting me to invest more money to get better bonuses which would be good for my account. Taught me how to hedge my trading. Well that turned out to be a disaster. Kept on saying his customers where trading on this and on that and they where making good profits. If my MARGIN LEVEL was higher then I would be able to invest better. He was so nice and smooth and friendly, but people let me tell you it is a scam. A big SCAM. The swops are very high and the costs increase exponentially within a few hours. Niki told me he got promotion and I was being transferred to another excellent broker. In comes Kai also very nice. Said I need more money to rescue my account. If I deposited R200 000 I would get a bonus of the same amount and then I could work up to a VIP Client which would increase my margins to make my trading better. I can then start trading with stable potential companies like Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Nvidia etc.... Well with another of my MILLION's I was promised a 50% Swop Cash Back for June then on 16 July I would get another 50% Swop Cash Back. I did see that in my Umarketpro account. I NEVER saw R1 into my RSA bank account becauseI was told it would reduce my Margin Level and would then reduce my trading potential. ........ enter Donald Trump who upsets the markets totally every time he opens his mouth, and the war with Russia & Ukraine. All my stocks that I was advised to open crashed. I had no more money to put into my account so my trading account was closed on the 25 August 2025. I did go onto Trustpilot and did some research and though they where a good company but, not every body is honest about their experience. I should have listened to my husband and my Old Mutual broker. Don't invest, to try and make money with UmarketPro because you will end up with nothing. It is a very hard lesson to learn at the age of 66 and lots of my pension gone.

This broker is a complete disaster. The swap rates and spreads are absolutely insane – I ended up paying over R200,000 in swaps within just 6 months! That’s not trading, that’s daylight robbery. Their terms are designed to drain your account slowly until you’re left with nothing.

On top of that, they are not even registered on MetaTrader, which already raises massive red flags. Without proper regulation or integration, there’s no chance of making long-term profits here. It’s basically a trap for traders who don’t notice the hidden costs at first.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this broker. There are plenty of legitimate brokers out there – this one is a money pit designed to exploit unsuspecting traders. Lesson learned the hard way.

I’ve traded with Umarket Pro for 6 months and lost over R200K due to ridiculous swap fees and wide spreads that make it nearly impossible to be profitable in the long term.

My initial advisor, Nathan Bloom, seemed only interested in making money off clients — not helping them succeed. I was eventually handed over to another account manager which tried to save my account, but the damage was already done. The entire experience felt like they only care about deposits, not results or client trust.

If you value transparency, fairness, and profitability, stay far away from Umarket Pro. I wish I had never signed up.
