Outstanding

Outstanding, professional, friendly and above all trustworthy is how I would describe LeRoy and the team at Ultra Tune Bridge Road Richmond. Not knowing much about cars, I need a trustworthy mechanic! Over the years they have never done work they didn’t need to do and they always do a fantastic job. Thank you LeRoy for going above and beyond again today to quickly source quality parts at a great price and get me back on the road tonight.

Michael at Prahran Ultratune in VIC, was amazing, I needed to get a service done fast to go interstate urgently and he helped me out quickly and efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Booked in for service and brake pads

Booked in for service and brake pads. Rang me to advise brake pads didn’t need replacing which saved me money even with another cheaper issue found total bill came out less than expected. Noticeable in sound of engine and vibration gone. These guys do excellent work and provide an excellent and honest experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.

Ultratune Cairns City Queensland

First time customer as I was referred by friends to use Ultratune Cairns City. I think it was Karen the receptionist (apologies if I got the name incorrect) and the mechanical team who provided friendly and professional advice on my next service requirements. Whilst processing the documents and payments, the staff were happy to have a chat and a laugh. I will definitely return as a repeat customer with my current and future vehicles. Keep up the great work

Emergency on a Saturday morning

I had a warning light come in in my car early Saturday morning. I was required to drive 70kms for work that afternoon. I called Jay and the team at UltraTune in Unley Road and they sorted my car in minutes. Given they had a heap of work on, these guys had to re-prioritise what they were doing to sort me out. Absolutely first class service from this team.

Overpriced and inefficient

Was quoted $700 ended up paying $1200 +. The brake pads that were supposedly changed needed to be replaced after three months. Car started shuddering after service. I won’t be returning and won’t be recommending Ultra Tune Hoppers Crossing.

Fantastic customer service at Ultra Tune Tuggerah

I have only just started going to Ultra Tune Tuggerah and have found them to be an excellent team with fantastic customer service. I had two cars to deal with and was guided through every step of the service in a professional manner. In fact, the mechanic, Michael, went above and beyond by not charging me on the first vehicle as it was just a quick spark plug clean and an oil top up (but how often do businesses do this?). His wife, (Chloe I think), was also extremely pleasant and great to deal with at the front desk. Highly recommended.

Service goes above and beyond

The team at Sandgate went above and beyond with their service. It’s clear to see they take a lot of pride in their work and care about their customers. Staff were friendly and happy to answer any of our questions.
We will be using these guys for any future services.

Wheel Alignment // Do not recommend

I don’t like this place at all I took my car for service and when I came to pick my car they said my wheels need to aligned I wondered why they didn’t do it the same day. When I booked for my wheels to be aligned the lady on the front office said we cannot drop you to your house we are too busy...the same people been dropping me in my house whenever I took my car there I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL WASTE OF MONEY.....

Mark and his team at Osborne Park…

Mark and his team at Osborne Park UltraTune have really helped me out with my car, helped a student with not a lot of money and gotten me back on the road again. My car was almost certainly never going to drive again, but they made it happen, and for that, they will have my business as long as I reside in Perth.

Cheap pricing, fast timeframes, excellent customer service.

If you’re in the area, get your car serviced by Mark in Osborne Park, highly recommend.

Ultra tune Townsville

Attended ultra tune in Townsville city with my Ford ranger. Bruce at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Fitted my car in that day and had the issues it was having fixed by the afternoon. The fantastic customer service was greatly appreciated.

Ultra Tune made me and my daughter homeless

Our story started quite a while ago, when I took my car to them with water loss and overheated motor. They said that was a radiator cap problem only.
Next time I took back my car for a big service. I told them that I am moving to Brisbane with my daughter, and traveling around up north, so my car has to be perfect condition, good for the trip, and good for the registration exam in Queensland.
On Monday, one week before the school holiday begins we started our journey. Unluckily we didn't go too far. Less than hundred km, and my car started to boil the water. RAC had to bring us back.
A broken headgasket was the problem. After the first water loss, I never used my car for a long term, only for school drops, so as other mechanic said, this problem more likely was there from the beginning, they just didn't find the mistake.
I took back my car to them, give them the opportunity to accept their mistake and correct it as fast as possible. They didn't accept the mistake, they said that they did pressure test at the first time, that is obviously not true, because the rotten hose should have brake during the pressure if they really did anything.
Because of the moving, I gave back my rental keys, my home during the trip was my rooftop tent with my daughter. They made us homeless, and they doesn't even care. It's Friday now, we are still waiting, I have no idea for how long, my daughter didn't attend school because I took her out, and the mechanic just makes newer and newer promises. I am desperate, I have no idea how I can make them finish my car, and when can I finally start my trip.
As a result of my story I wouldn't recommend Ultra Tune Kingsway to anyone.

It seems like you can get away with shoddy workmanship and you simply blame it on the 'faulty' new part

I took this van in several days ago with a new clutch slave cylinder and clutch kit and the arrangement was the Ultra Tune was to put these in for me. So the job was for labour only.
The following day the manager rang to inform me after carrying out the job they took it for a test run and they left there overnight but they found the next morning that the slave cylinder had leaked and it was implied that I had supplied them with a faulty slave cylinder which they suggested I would have to take up with the supplier but the job would need to be carried out again with another slave cylinder.
I eventually managed to acquire another and delivered to their workshop and while I was there I noticed the van was back on the hoist and on closer inspection I found they had removed the gearbox and the slave cylinder was there for me to inspect.
The first thing I noticed was that the cylinder was broken where it is bolted to the bell housing.
And on closer examination there were
1. Marks along the rim
2. Slight scratch marks in the inner shaft
3. The collar was bent to one side
4. And the gaps between the collar and the housing was wider on the side where the scratches were
I believe this was caused by the slave cylinder coming loose or was simply not bolted down when it was reassembled
I was charged twice for removing the gearbox and replacing the new slave cylinder with another. They insisted the part was faulty notwithstanding the part I supplied was brand new and when it was removed it was broken and damaged
