Great experience with the sonographer. Answered all our questions and was very courteous and polite.

Staff very polite and patient even when baby was being naughty and not moving when needed, although opted for free 3D preview and never got it. Was still worth it. But could of offered more images then just 1 and 2 key rings

We went for a gender scan & asked if they would write down the sex and not tell us as we were doing a gender reveal. They said this was absolutely fine, however the guy doing our scan told us the sex - slip of the tongue which was a shame.

Such friendly and thorough service! Also very patient with our 4 year old who came with us to see his baby brother/sister. Sonagrapher was very good at explaining and showing all the different parts. Was a lovely experience and even better that we received a free goodie bag!! Will definitely be booking again!

Can't believe how at ease I was made to feel when my nhs experience was not positive. I have visited here three times and never felt rushed sonographers were great and always explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend.

Receptionist: Not welcoming to guest and needs help on customer service skills regardless if it is a paid service or not.
Male sonograoher: He is not reassuring and does not speak to you through the scan at all when his checking the baby. His answers are very blunt and not clear. I got the impression that he does not know what his doing. Nothing was clear to me at all or to my partner and 2 guest I had taken with me. No verbal feedback given only instructed to go back to reception and we did not see him.
I initially wanted to book reassure scan however I was advise by the team to go for anomaly scan which I did. I was in there for 20min and he only scanned the head, spine and only after we mentioned left hand (as our concern was the left hand) he scanned that and sent us back to receptionist. He then took our NHS notes booklet and copied word to word onto their report which I just found very unprefesional. The package included 4d free view however the male songrapher refused to as baby is too small, so why advice us to go for that package when we enquired about it? I paid full amount even though I really felt like I shouldn't have. I would never go back there or recommend the place, I honestly think NHS scans are much better! 02nd March 2019

Sonographers/doctors professional. Receptionist nice but need some customer service skills and be more discreet and professional. She should not ask the client in front of other people in the waiting area (so could be heard):'' Did you get pregnant naturally or the doctor helped you?"....If it was me, I would answer"My husband helped...".

Lovely staff, sonographer was nice and polite and made me reasurred on gender of my baby. Been with them to find out gender with all 6 pregnancy.. would highly recommend.

I'll start by saying everyone was very nice.
However I paid for s gender scan and sonographer said hes 80% sure it's a boy. I was in there 5 minutes. I read on website if sonographer is not 100% sure they will get you to walk or move around. This was not the case. I was having a gender reveal so did not watch the screen. However I did ask for s potty shot to see sonographer said was fine. When I went to receptionist she said she cant give it to me... well that's what I've paid for!! So to be sent away with an 80% chance at 17 weeks when I paid for what was advertised as 99% is false advertisement especially as I feel the potty shot was hidden!
Also an uncomfortable 40 minute wait needing to wee0

Didn’t get etc to pick what scan photos I took home and was disappointment with the ones I’d received as wasn’t clear at all.

Was fitted in at very short notice, very friendly and helpful

Brilliant service, private and special experience!!! Would highly reccomed abd hsve booked our next scan for the gender scan.

I found that I came out of the scan room more confused than when I went in.I paid over the price for a scan that would possibly give me more details as to my symptoms.I was not really informed of anything just what might be happening.I thought it was not detailed enough and not a lot of communication from the sonographer as to what she was looking at.The sonographer was friendly and polite but I just didn't feel that it was as in depth ultrasound as I was expecting.I had to ask a lot of questions as I wasn't really told much.

I have since been contacted by the Manager of the clinic who reiterated the scan to me more clearly and was very helpful in putting my mind at ease that there was nothing worrying with my results.She took the time to offer any other assistance with my gp if needed and also offered me a discount if I wanted to redo the scan to put my mind at ease again.
The information was very helpful and insightful.I would gladly use this service again.
