Brilliant
I went to the Docklands site last night for a gender scan, Paul the sonographer was very attentive and kind - he explained everything he was looking at to us and he even measured my fibroid for me when I enquired, which he didn’t have to do. The 4D ‘sneak peek’ was great too.
The site was very clean and well presented and the start were great.
Overall an amazing experience I would do again!

It was a very pleasant visit. Very kind staff, didn't feel like I it was rushed through. Sonographer was kind and attentive.

Overall OK
Overall OK. The building and treatment rooms are old and a bit disappointing. Receptionist is nice, the sonographer was not really informative. I asked couple of questions and she responded with one or two word.

In regards to the building, this is a grade II listing building so does look very old from the outside, however the interior is newly renovated. We wish you all the best.

Ultrasound Plus Shenfield.
We found the place clean and nice, the receptionist was happy, bubbly and quite chatty which was lovely. Sonographer was male and again chatty and made us laugh and feel very comfortable. Baby kept covering his face so we went for a few walks and sonographer kept trying till he got a good few facial shots. Extremely happy with our experience and have recommended to family and friends and will definitely use again.

Dear Laura, thank you for your feedback. We are continuously looking to improve our service, which we have forwarded this on.
Good
Positives are got seen promptly and we the report was given to us 10mins later.
Improvements could be made especially as it is a private service.
Inform patients that the person doing the scan is male when booking.
The person needs to communicate findings and reassure patient as silence even when asked questions made me panic.
Most frustrating of all is the report and images aren’t sent electronically as well.
