A very good experience. Callum was quick to offer help and fetch wellies in my size, he asked helpful questions without being pushy and guided me to make the decision to buy. All the staff I spoke to were friendly. Very happy with the service and my new boots which are nice and muddy already!

I'd won a decent-sized voucher to spend with Ultimate Outdoors, so chose to splurge it on Christmas presents and a few bits for myself. Normally, I hate Christmas shopping, but everyone in the store was so sweet and helpful. Big thank you to Amy, for sharing my excitement at spending my winnings and for endless patience with all the gift receipts. A really lovely experience (and I adore the recommended jacket).

Been to this store many times, never had a problem, the staff are helpful and polite, I wanted some advice on a waterproof coat, was greeted by Dan who spent some time with me ,giving helpful advice, talked through some options and brought the coat i that fitted my requirements, thank's for your help Dan ,much appreciated .

Got here after being practically ignored by cotswold at Rushden, had a reasonable number of boots on display then Dan came over and offered to help, knew their stuff suggested brands to try and brands to avoid, As we were looking for slim footed size 8's got several pairs to try, sorted some out for my son as well, kept in touch whilst leaving us to take our time choosing, saw that they helped others at the same time as us. Ended up with 2 pairs of really good boots at reasonable prices

We were helped today by Ryan S at Ultimate Outdoors. Ryan was excellent, very knowledgeable and helped us understand all the options available for us. He was patient too whilst we tried on all the back packs. With our DOE discount we got a great price. Thank you.

I visited the store to look for some new waking boots. Dan was really helpful and went through the different options/ pros and cons with me. I left with a good pair of shoes!

Was served by Leah at the Riverside branch. I wanted walking boots but I have a wide foot. She was really patient and helped me try on various types, and different sizes too. Nothing was too much trouble. I made my purchase and left very happy 😊

Ryan A was so helpful and welcoming earlier this evening. I came in to purchase a coat with my grandson. He was polite greeted me with a smile. He checked stock sizes for me allowed me time and space to try on as many coats as possible while giving me helpful cost information. He also took the time to chat to my grandson about sonic the hedgehogs which I appreciated while I chose my new coat. Well done Ryan fab job.

Visited the store to try and buy some walking boots for myself and the wife. We were served by Callum who was very friendly and knowledgable and helped us with some very comfortable Merrell boots. Great service and would definitely recommend.
