I’ve been following ULOFEY for a while, and I’m really impressed by the quality of your wigs . The hair is soft, full, and looks very natural. The lace is easy to style and gives a flawless finish . One thing I’d love to see is even more variety in textures and lengths . I think that could make your collection even more versatile for different looks. Terrible company

Terrible company. Quality and length of hair is completely not as advertised. Refuses refund and I had to go through with my bank for dispute constantly to try to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS.

Edit to respond to company: The company continues to lie that the product was delivered as described. The ordered length was 20 inches and actually came as almost 30 inches. Proof was sent to my bank and the company continues to lie about the length to both myself and the bank when I have provided clear proof. In addition, the hair was alraedy shedding when I had just cut the lace and havent even worn the wig yet. Do not trust this company. I do not want an after sales service to get it cut when the quality is not up to par to wear in the first place.

i was really surprised by how natural…

i was really surprised by how natural the lace looked on this wig. the lace around the ears never lifted on me, and the front hairline literally melted into my skin — you could stare at it up close and still not see the lace, which is honestly so hard to find. the hair itself looked pretty and the color was really nice. shipping was quick and everything arrived safely. overall, i’m really happy with how seamless the lace looked and how easy it was to wear because of that.

Sad and disappointed

Sad and disappointed. I tried what I could to fix it but I can't use the wig, and I desperately needed one, a blonde wig at least vaguely similar to my biohair. It arrived just in time, and customer service was good, but the wig was not blonde like the picture, not even close actually. More like ashy brown with some grey highlights that were quite badly done and makes the overall colour almost greenish grey. I tried to tone down the greyness and dye some red into it with henna, but it didn't make enough a difference, it is still really grey and I look fifty years older and a little sickly when i wear it. The hair is also extremely stiff, tangles in a heartbeat and is impossible to make look tidy with all the split ends and broken hair going in every direction. Tried treating it with aloe vera but no use. The density is good but the hair quality is so bad that after washing it, it got even more untidy, it's so frizzy and stiff and got massive from poofyness I can't wear it for a job interview, no one would recognize me in it bc my own hair is really thin and really straight and flat and not big or poofy at all. As a last desperate attempt to make it at least wearable I might still try and cut the worst split hair ends off tomorrow and see if it helps anything but the colour is so unflattering i'll probably feel insecure wearing it anyway, it's even worse than my biohair. The size was ok, small as i had asked, and the lace is quite good except i had to sew and adjust the lace quite a bit though because it was very loose or maybe my forehead is just so small and flat or something. The lace wasn't precut and the knots weren't bleached as was promised in the product description, which sucked, although i didn't have too high hopes about it given the relatively cheap cost. I can't bleach the knots myself, and if the wig had been blonde the knots might not have been as visible but of course the wig i got was not even close to being blonde. Not having anything even close to what i thought i had used a great deal of money on was very disappointing. For a human hair wig it's affordable but this was the most expensive wig I ever bought, and I'm very poor, so I'm sad it was all such a waste, and now i'm even poorer and i won't have tidy hair to look presentable to get a damn job so i could get some money. I spent all day trying to fix the damn wig and i don't know what else to do anymore but rant here and cry and give up and go to bed and figure out a way to wear a scarf on my head or something. Sorry about this long rant, i'm just so tired and discouraged and disappointed and i feel so stupid

I am not a competitor!! I bought a wig from your company that is unsatisfactory. You claim to have “repaired” it but it’s exactly the same. This is unacceptable. I am leaving an honest review about my experience with Ulofey. You’re dishonest!!

I find it suspicious they sent the wig to me with a return address “ Jane 3 Lincoln Dr. Fairfield, NJ 07004”, Google flags this address as a scam. There is a scam alert on the BBB with the name and address. Google it and you will see.

The new reviews are what are “suspicious”. I purchased from this company and gave a legitimate review. Trustpilot is weird for removing my review.

You trick people to buy from you with “30 day no reason returns”, then don’t refund them when the item is returned and you claim it’s non refundable. You claim to sell high quality wigs and you don’t. That’s all fraudulent.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They are scammers. The claim 30 day no reason returns. I did not use the wig at all, the size and quality were horrid. I returned my item back on August 5th! And have had no communication from them.

The item I received size was extremely too small and the quality was terrible! The price tag does not match the quality.

They are trying to say the item I ordered was customized but IT WAS NOT CUSTOMIZED. They are using this excuse so Affirm will not agree to my refund.

They have no customer service. They don’t even send you a confirmation after you order. This company is clearly a scam.

They refuse to give me a refund when they’ve had this back for over a month!

I paid through Affirm and they have been ZERO help. This is all fraudulent.

I am shocked that something like this can even happen.

I am seeking legal advice on how to get my money back.

Please please please save yourself the headache and order from another reputable company.

I am reporting this everywhere I can so no one makes the same mistake I made which was ordering from this company.

Not like picture

Tried making it work but idk if this was a manufacturing issue but wig hairline was different then picture which is disappointing since this is the first time this has happened and I’ve purchased before but sadly I’ve tried fixing it myself so I can’t return but if they would like to amend this by sending the correct unit I would love to re try this style!
