Have my porch completely renovated. Reasonable work for a reasonable price. There were some delays and difficulties, which I consider usual this year.
Everyting is eventually done as agreed. Small requested corrections were made in a couple of days.

Having had this company to put a roof on conservatory 4 years ago. The roof has now been condemned. I have been quoted 10k to 13 k in order for the roof to be taken off. Remedial work done. In order to replace with new roof and make it safe. New guttering around as the guttering has been put on wrong way round. The photos are appalling. I have receipts for the conservatory roof. Paid them. Despite what they say.
They were paid bank transfer from a building society.they keep saying they never received any payments but I have the receipts from the building society and they received the money.

I have just had to havea proper roof put on by a first class company. When uk windows and doors did the work no insulation and a cowboy job

Initially had nothing but problems during fitting and the after care from the company was rubbish! windows are okay, the doors, ordered composite doors they fitted Upvc and I got a small refund for the inconvenience, a month after they were fitted the screws came loose in the back door and it developed a squeak, contacted them no one turned up to fix it 3 months later the front door started pouring water into my hallway, complained again and I’m still waiting for my doors to be repaired with the fitter never turning up when they say they will, last 4 days they should have come, messaged them and asked where the fitter is, he told me to sort it myself! I told him I’m the customer and expect good customer service, got another apology and told definitely tomorrow, surprise surprise no fitter!

Edit: the fitters did eventually turn up I am still not happy as I told the manager. As far as I am aware the door still needs finishing as the letter box isn’t sealed and I’m still not happy with the quality of the windows. I won’t be changing my review until I’m completely satisfied the windows and doors are to a very good standard. Still feel I should be offered a composite door for the issues I have suffered and as that is what I ordered. The customer should be treated with respect and not be fobbed off for months on end.

Edit: Eventually rectified issues. Did take longer than I would have liked and received warranty and building regs certificates from Assure.

I would recommend this company 100% without hesitation. Delivered what was agreed, Delivered ammendments which we agreed. Imran the sales rep was always at hand and always answered my calls and messages. Windows and door installed within time frame agreed.

Excellent service from UK windows and doors, from the minute I spoke to Shay the sales representative I felt confident and knew I could trust them. This was important to me as I was having my entire house done. Imran kept me up to date all through the process and responded quickly to any questions and last minute changes. The fitters in Mohammed's team were first class, they went over and above to make sure I was happy and made recommendations along the way. My house was absolutely transformed and I would always choose them for future jobs. Thank you to all the team I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Rob Taylor came to visit our home to give us a quote for new windows to the rear of our house. He was respectful, polite and kind and came across very trustworthy. Although the price given was not the cheapest received, he went above and beyond to price match and help make our decision to sign up with UK Windows & Doors one of the easiest decisions we have made regarding house projects. I would not hesitate in recommending to family and friends. I felt like my needs and concerns were listened to and addressed and there was never a hint of 'pushy salesmanship' from Rob. Thanks Rob!

Went on website to search for a quote on double glazing, had 4-5 different companies to come out and give me a price. Had a horrendous time with salesman's giving me all the jargon. UK WINDOWS came along very refreshing from start to finish. Listened to what me and my husband wanted let us take charge and at the end they gave 1 reasonable price. Non of the jargon of starting and reducing prices as the consultation went along. Due to the fact of it was a big order for a brand new conservatory from scratch wanted to make sure we chose the right company. They invited us to the factory so we had piece of mind of how the whole process went. They didn't disappoint very professional outfit that i cant recommend enough. Kept in touch throughout the whole process to make sure we were happy with every stage of the job. Once the project was completed the salesman who came out on the initial first visit SHAY, came back out to make sure we were happy and there were no problems. Even though they came in slightly more expensive then the other quotes all i can say is you cant put a price on a brilliant addition to our home. Now thinking of getting our windows replaced.

Brilliant job from salesman to completion of job. A project manager came along introduced the company and pointed out problem areas of the property. Realised that it was something on the plans so decided to go along with the 12 month interest free option. Ended up with 13 windows a conservatory roof and the drive way all in the affordable range without any unrealistic prices. I wanted the job completing as soon as. Fitters were tidy had everything done within the time frame i set which was 4 days. Couldn't rate the force anymore. Will recommend them to my friends and family.
Finally a company that does not waste time and does not give the whole spiel of the home improvements industry. Many thanks
