DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Have only given one star as there is no option for a minus rating! Paid them money for a TV, then got an email to confirm it had been shipped and never heard from them again . . . despite contacting them directly, via their site, and via Paypal daily, after the 'supposed' delivery date! If Paypal hadn't covered us, we would have lost a lot of money.

This is a fake website, scamming people out of thousands of dollars. Their UK address does not exist. They steal funds and never ship merchandise. This is a Chinese company. Call PayPal or your bank immediately and report fraud. THIS IS NOT A REAL WEBSITE.

If there were no star rating this company would get it. A printer ordered in May has not arrived and they do not answer to my emails. Never never use this company.!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Please save yourself the hassle and don't buy from this supplier. As with all other customers who have provided reviews, the supplier took payment for goods never received. Only bought from them as they were the only 'UK' supplier of this monitor. Wish I hadn't bothered!

If this website allowed zero stars this company would get it. Was after a new phone emailed company and got an answer that phone was uk version. Ordered but low and behold no phone emailed again was on route would be here on Friday, day came and went no phone. Straight on to PayPal raised case, suddenly answered email said would be here next Friday, kept PayPal case open just in case,but no phone, PayPal paid out thank god but now very sceptical about any website.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do.not under any circumstances order from uksuperdiscounts. They are not a real company or reputable seller. You will never receive your product. The seller will respond and lie to you completely. Shame on you!!!!!!! We were lucky enough to be refunded by Paypal.

Why on earth would someone sell you new products for half its price? Yes, we want to believe it's real but something inside us tells us otherwise. Upon checking on the company it turned out that it's registered to a personal account in China with no relationship to the UK. We have plenty of nice and reliable alternatives in the UK so let's no be cheap and go after scam.

I ordered a printer on May 17th, despite numerous emails on my part, all I get are automated replies. I have been promised a delivery date, but again that has passed. The company will not cancel the order, because they say its in transit, but can't tell me where it is. Please, please do not use this company for any reason.

I wanted to buy a laptop, placed it in the basket and proceeded to checkout. There were 2 options :1. Pay via PayPal, 2. Pay as a guest using any major credit/debit card. I tried with 4 different major credit cards in my name but the screen insisted on me creating a PayPal account, however, I did not want to create a new PayPal account nor using my existing PayPal account. All my payment took me to the stage of entering the card holder's name, 16 digit number, expiry date and the CVV no. on the back but at all times, thank ny lucky stars, my card was declined, for no reason. I suspected something was NOT quite right and started doing searches on Googlr this company's legitimate status. I came across Trustpilot reviews and I concluded that many others were as lucky as me and had actually managed to make payments but some reclaimed money as they had paid by credit cards and had section 75(a) credit card protection. This company is a big scam merchant, there is no telephone number for contact, no e-mail address and the address is some farm building in Wales....anyone hoping to get a bargain, please be aware, you will be financially and painfully shafted. When at the PayPal page, just to see what kind of payment would it want, and if PayPal sounds the alarm, the PayPal would allow to pay but when you check where would the money go, you'd find that the name is in Chinese. After translation the company name 云曼服饰(上海)有限公司 is "Yunman Clothing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.". Checking the web pages domain (uksuperdiscounts.com), using simplywhois.com it shows that it's been registers on 2017-04-26 in Panama. Good luck getting money back from them if anyone sends them any. Have a nice trip to Panama. ;)

Like other people, I thought the price for an HP Chromebook was too good to be true on this site... Even cheaper than if I had tried to import!
I sent a polite email enquiry asking whether the Chromebook was new or refurbished as it does not say on the website... No reply.
Like someone else, I checked the address... Looks like a farm in the middle of nowhere, certainly does not look like a professional electronics outlet.
Also, the website is an exact copy of another website in the USA under a different name... I have not looked at the American reviews of this company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM for sure. I read reviews on a different scam scanner site which claimed to include TrustPilot reviews. I ordered and paid for a canon printer which did not arrive - I sent an email and got one reply saying the item is in transit.
I sent more emails without reply and after 14 days contacted PayPal resolution centre immediately upgrading to a claim. I got my money back but I am disappointed because PayPal should have been aware of this.
The address on UK Super Discounts does not exist though the postcode does - its in the middle of nowhere in west wales.

Ordered hisense TV from professional looking website, then was advised it was 3 week delivery period. Delivery date came and went, no TV. Many emails, no response, and chatline always down for maintenance. Reported to PayPal as possible fraud. They were great, and responded very quickly, after 24 hours got full refund. One star because can't give zero.

Unfortunately I too have been lured into believing I could get a cheap laptop from UK Super Discounts (uksuperdiscounts.com). I'm writing this with the hope that no one else gets caught out by the scam. Luckily i used a credit card so will get my money back.

ITS A SCAM. tried paypal 10% discount and found that they were trying to make me transfer money to a personal address. reported to watchdog.

Same as the person above. Offer 10% discount if you pay by PayPal, then give you strict instructions on how to pay, i.e., to a personal email address. I thought I was safe using PayPal, so I went ahead, only to later find I wasn't covered when my item didn't arrive.

Have reported to the online fraud squad. Whether or not anything comes of it, remains to be seen.
