I never give 5* reviews but if I did this family run business would definitely get one. Reason I don't give 5* is every company has room for improvement and, in my opinion those who generally give 5* reviews have been insentivised or rewarded in some way.
I've been technical manager for one of the UK's leading building maintenance companies and I obtained quotes from several suppliers in late March early June. Rob of UK Services came did survey listened to what I was looking for and provided 2 alternative quotes. I decided what I wanted, using my experience in building services, after discussing with family. Placed order, agreed installation date. UK Services kept me informed and started installation as agreed on 22ndJune. Rob & Jo turned up with the team, introduced them, while the team unloaded the equipment Rob confirmed where equipment needed to be mounted. Started with 4 indoor units BUT made constructive suggestions to make installation better for more reliable use, demonstrating the teams knowledge. Installation completed in 2.5 days, very good considering the heat wave we've been having. Installation is very neat and executed without any problems. System was fully tested and they made a point of ensuring that we (Wife, me and two children) understood how to operate the remote controller. This was above and beyond what you would normally expect.
I 100% recommend this company if you are looking to have air conditioning installed in your home. They are and do what they say on their website.
