Worst experience
I had a very frustrating experience with this shipping service. A shipment of around 350 items was sent from the UK to the UAE, but approximately 80 items never arrived.
The total shipment value was over AED 10,000, and the missing goods account for roughly AED 10,000 in losses. About 70 items appear to have gone missing at the UK warehouse, and a further 13 items were not accounted for at the UAE warehouse.
Losing nearly a quarter of a shipment points to serious concerns around warehouse handling, inventory control, and tracking procedures. When customers hand over valuable goods, they expect proper care and accountability throughout the process.
This issue has resulted in substantial financial loss and disruption. A thorough investigation and a fair resolution are urgently needed to address what went wrong and to prevent similar situations in the future
