The guys here helped me massively. I was drowning in debt. Spoke to a few guys initially who asked me about my situation and how I got here then was passed on to a lovely lady called sharna who is an absolute gem and very supportive who helped see me through the next part of the process. Very easy people to talk to who did not over complicate the process and made it very clear what my options were and how the process would unfold.

The process from start to finish was great. A while lot of weight lifted off our shoulders and theres no judgmental comments or embarrassing suggestions.

Once the process was completed it is difficult to speak to someone on the phone but emails are dealt with swiftly.
