Quick and supportive staff. I was shocked about how little actually goes to the creditors compared to how much goes to keeping and maintaining the iva but that's normal. Obviously I wouldn't recommend taking out an iva unless it is a last resort but I received excellent service setting it up.

I can say that the help I received from Farhad Choudhury was amazing, the company has the best customer service and is very helpful. I was able to get help from them for the dept I was in without feeling judged and it made me feel so much better after it was all sorted. I recommend everyone to reach out to them for help. Amazing so helpful and saved me from a terrible situation

I was in way over my head and I didn't know what to do then I decided to give uk insolvency service a call and iam so glad I did i can really sleep at night again. I talked to a man called Grant and he was nothing short of amazing talked me through all my options give his expert advice with no judgement or pressure. I then dealt with a man called johnpaul and again amazing infact the whole team at uk insolvency service are top class they are always there if you need them. If you are struggling do yourself a huge favour and give them a call you won't regret it.

Obviously not a conversation anyone wants to be having really but they were very knowledgeable and supportive. I felt able to speak to Mark openly and honestly and discussed things with him which I had not felt able to disclose to my family. If you are experiencing financial difficulties it is definitely worth contacting them and exploring what options might be available to you

Every advisor I spoke to was so attentive and genuinely seemed to care about making a difference and helping. There was no judgement and didn’t feel like I was communicating with someone who just did their job. MARK HUGHES especially was particularly helpful and put me so at ease during the process of my claim. Prior to making my claim I was very stressed out and actually kind of worried but mark definitely helped to remove the stress and pressure I was under.
