Can’t recommend highly enough - everyone I’ve dealt with at UKHB has been incredibly helpful, supportive and they’ve gone above and beyond what I would have expected from the sale of a property. Amazing house buying company !!

I have to say from start to finish it…
I have to say from start to finish it has been fantastic. No stress, everything taken care of, regular updates and very informative. Lauren my agent has been amazing, very helpful and kept in touch regularly and informed me of next steps, and the fact i could leave items i didnt need in the house was great. Honest company
After being let down by 3 other companies through bad service and dishonesty, and desperately needing to sell in order to secure our next home, we contacted uk homebuyers.
They have been amazing! The offer was lower than we wanted, but we accepted it as we were needing to move fast. Jon was so helpful, transparent and honest. He managed to turn the whole situation around and buy our house within two weeks - which was fantastic. The efficiency and speed in which everything was tied up was great. Jon was a great communicator and never left us wondering what was happening. Wish we had found this company first time around! Offer too low compared to other companies
I know that you offer under market value but I was shocked by the very low offer. The fact that other companies similar to yours were offering over 20 to 30 thousand more makes me feel that you were ripping us off. I would never recommend your company to anyone

When we had our initial conversations with you, we discussed how we operate and the percentage below the properties perceived value that we offer, cash.
Reviewing the notes, we offered you £256,000 and the property is currently on the market for £297,000 (reduced on 16/10/23). You made us aware your bottom line was £280,000.
You mentioned that other companies have made offers £20,000 - £30,000 more than ours of £256,000. If you look at the situation commercially, once stamp duty has been paid at the higher rate (£7,980 if the purchase price was to proceed @ £256,000) and the other ‘soft costs’ such as both sets of solicitors fees etc, have been paid in combination with the associated holding costs, the other company / companies would be looking at trading the property at a loss, or very close to. The market has radically changed over the last twelve months with it now being considered a buyers market.
Would any company risk over £250,000 with a potential loss on the trade? Having been in the industry for many years, I can assure you that the other companies offers would have been renegotiated down the line once due diligence was carried out.
We were honest from the outset which I do not feel the other companies have been. Perhaps, in the fullness of time, once you witness the other companies strategies, you will remove this review and accept that UK Homebuyers Ltd did not pressure you in anyway, simply made an offer which you rejected.
We feel making accusations of us trying to rip you off and then leaving a two star review is extremely unfair bearing in mind our brief dealings with you.
If you have offers £20,000 - £30,000 higher than ours, I would urge you to accept one of the offers. I also encourage you to carry out your own due diligence regarding the company you are considering selling your property to.
Once again, we wish you all the very best with the sale of your property.
