Hi Nita,
I have checked your order and can see that it was received on the May bank holiday weekend so was therefore dispatched when we re-opened on Tuesday. (Monday was the bank holiday & Royal Mail are also not collecting on Bank Holidays) It was then delivered to you on the Wednesday. Perhaps you had forgotten that you ordered on a bank holiday weekend and actually received your order within 24hrs? :o)

UPDATE: Hi Nita, your tracking definiitely shows it was delivered on the 2nd June (Wednesday - 24hrs after dispatch) so not sure why you received it on Friday? Perhaps you are mistaking this with another order but we're glad you we were happy with the products anyway.

UPDATE: Hi Nita, thank you for removing 1 star from your review. I'm not sure why that was warranted as we were simply letting you know what the tracking stated in case you had made a genuine mistake and confused our delivery with another. We showed the tracking so other customers could judge for themselves, as your claim of slow delivery is not backed up by the tracking information and could lead to other customers not to purchasing as in case their delivery was slow. Over 99% of our deliveries are received the next day. We would not have shown the tracking if there was any personal information included on it.

As you can see from the tracking it was delivered on Wednesday less than 24hrs after dispatch. Our orignal post was edited as you point out as I had mistakenly stated that it was shipped on Tuesday and delivered less than 24hrs later on Tuesday, Obviously a mistake on my part so it was edited to show that it was shipped on Tuesday and delivered less than 24hrs later on Wednesday. Nothing underhand in this, simply correcting an error. Obviously we can only go with what was stated by Royal Mail as they scan the barcode only on delivery. However there is nothing more to be gained by discussing further on a public forum so if you would like to discuss this further please feel free to drop us an email and we can take some details from you and ask Royal Mail to investigate further.

UPDATE: Hi Nita, I think you may have taken this the wrong way as we were simply trying to point out that your original 4* review was slightly misleading and have provided the tracking so that you can see that you order was dispatched on the next available day and delivered within less than 24 hours so it was unfair of a comment on slow delivery.

I'm not sure why this information prompted you to remove a star every time you replied, especially once we provided you with the tracking that showed delivery the next day but you are of course entitled to your view. But thank you for taking the time to leave a potentially damaging review when we simply provided you with facts, great products (as per your original review) and above all facts on the efficiency and speed of delivery.

I am sure however, that other customers reading this review can see that we have simply provided you with the facts surrounding your order and super quick delivery and judge for themselves :o)

Any genuine criticism of our service or speedy delivery services is of course always welcome, taken on board and used to make our products and services even better.

UPDATE: Hi Nita, I have passed this to our Royal Mail account manager to investigate further as the tracking states it was delivered 3 days earlier than you stated. They will have access to more information than we do such as the drivers GPS records etc so I will of course update you here as as soon as we have a reply.
