Really impressed, delivery of my wooden planters was so swift I was taken by surprise, they are fantastic and didn’t cost the earth. Delivery driver was so helpful too. Overall a good experience, after some lightweight trellis now so planning to make visit soon. Thank you!

A good service, I ordered a mother and baby hedgehog and when one wasn't available the service team came to the rescue quickly and efficiently and sorted out the problem. I would recommend this company.

Really impressed with this company, ordered a metal trellis from them & received it 2 days later and it was perfect for what I needed, exactly as it looked in the photo, which doesn't always happen. Also very good value. So glad I have discovered this company, will definitely use them again

This was the first time I used this company and I will certainly use again. Orders were processed and delivered extremely quickly. It was bamboo fencing and the quality is second to none. Delivery chap was extremely nice too so all round a fantastic service. Well done guys, keep up the good work !!

I ordered three metal garden obelisks which arrived about two days later. Very pleased with the obelisks, a fixing bolt was missing but the customer service was superb and after a quick email a fixing pack was despatched without delay. I will definitely use this supplier again and would highly recommend them to other potential buyers.

Although I was not informed of a delay in delivery, having spoken to Fiona this was quickly resolved and her apology accepted. Fiona went further by contacting me when my order had been sent out..

The dovesdale bird table was very much appreciated by my husband. It was beautifully crafted and great quality, the price was competitive with other suppliers and we are looking forward to watching our cafe customers.

After ordering my goods on 5th September I still havent received them . However, this company is going the extra mile to make sure I receive them next week. Thank you so much Fiona for your assistance.

Ordered 7 planters which i have received promptly however i need a VAT receipt. I have called 3/4 times, been promised VAT receipts for my 2 orders & still waiting over a month later. Emailed multiple times, no reply.
I have now eventually received the VAT receipts, albeit after being sent with the incorrect name, to the wrong address....got there in the end.

Revised: After posting review, Fiona from UK Garden Supplies got in touch. The third planter I had ordered but not received was sent out the same day. I appreciate the swiftness of this resolution and have revised the rating accordingly.

However, this could have been a 4 or 5 star rating if you had replied to my original email and phone calls instead of waiting until a bad review was posted.

Original review: Unfortunately I have had to resort to writing this review.

I ordered 3 large wooden planters from this business. The order was accepted and receipt email received. I did not receive confirmation of shipping or any tracking information.

I did receive 2 of these planters within a few days of ordering which was good. However, these dumped at my door and the delivery guys were off before I could verify what I had received. To date I have not received the third planter.

I have contacted the company by email and phone but not had any response. This is unacceptable even with the pandemic happening. If you are relying on online sales to trade, I would expect better customer service.

If you read this, please contact me to sort out a refund or send me the third planter I have paid for.

I am saddened that I have had to resort to writing this review,
I keep calling and leaving messages,
Because I need to speak to you

It's about an order i made three and a half weeks ago,
I reckoned that with covid my order may be slow,
But your website assured me although there would be delays,
Despatch of my order would be only be an extra 2 days.

I ordered several logs rolls of varying size,
And several meters of garden edging and waited for my prize,
You see the reason why I bought it was for a project with my son,
To build a raised garden bed and have some fun.

My son has special needs and his development is severely delayed,
And a sensory garden is what we could have made,
This would have given him pleasure and allowed him to join in,
Instead the plants are waiting and my patience is growing thin.

I worked hard to save the money that you now have for my goods,
And still no sight or sound of them, my money's gone in floods,
So please pick up your phone and respond to the messages I've left,
As being left in the dark has left me disappointed, angry and bereft.

I ordered 8 trellises and some garden wire from UK Garden Supplies at the beginning of July, They all appeared to be in stock, however after a while I rang several times and left messages, but no replies. However, towards the end of last week I sent a polite email asking about the delay and giving the details, using the email form on their website. I had a reply from Fiona within hours, saying she would look into it urgently and I sent a copy of the order as requested. Unfortunately they were out of stock and not expected until September, but Fiona offered a suitable alternative, which I accepted, and the balance would be repaid to my account. The new order was processed and arrived within a few days. I received excellent customer service from Fiona and would be happy to buy from them again.

This is an excellent company-extremely helpful and courteous and good products. Would definitely recommend

I ordered 2 garden trellis from UKgardensupplies via Amazon they arrived on time, well packaged and the quality of the trellis was beyond my expectations. Would definitely use this company again.

Contacted UK Garden Supplies on-line looking for inserts for our blacksmith wall trough baskets. The experience was very simple and straightforward and the items arrived quickly and were very good quality. One of the inserts was not suitable for our requirements so I telephoned the organisation to discuss a way to resolve this situation. I spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady who remedied the situation immediately.

Ordered a beautiful white metal plant stand from this company without knowing anything about them.
Ordering was easy and delivery was super quick.
My item was well packaged and it's gorgeous. Really good 1quality and pretty to look at.
