I could open the finance link on my e.mail - forwarded it to my wife and sorted it on the phone.
Deposit payment crashed and only confirmed via Credit Card app.
Commission approval did not open on pdf mail or system.
Forwarded to my wife again, printed signed and e.mailed the return.
You may want to address for future customers.

We went with this company to lease a car because the vehicle we selected was in stock. Sadly, this was a misrepresentation. We are now in our 3rd week of waiting and a further 3 weeks minimum is yet to come. We have had to ring the company for updates. They never ring us. Poor customer care . Now without a car for 3 weeks and counting… no joke!

Your vehicle was in UK stock when ordered and is progressing through Toyota’s localisation process. Until a vehicle is ordered, Toyota won’t know which local Business Centre it needs to be sent to for handover. This process ensures your vehicle is supplied locally, allowing the team to prepare the vehicle, provide a quality handover and establish a relationship for any future servicing requirements.
We’re also sorry you’ve felt the need to chase us for updates. We’ll keep a close eye on your order and make sure we keep you informed as it progresses.

My account manager was brilliant! After some very different experiences with a competitor i was not expecting much but this was a completely different experiences and happy with the deal. Even after a few changes from my side...not a problem.

5 star service
My first experience of UK Carline and it's been a 5 star service from start to finish. This is my 6th private lease car and by far the best customer service I've had. Keith has been amazing throughout the process from replying to emails at all times to phoning and answering my questions, he has been brilliant. I had an issue on delivery with some scratches which Keith went above and beyond to help rectify. I cannot recommend them enough, helpful, honest and they were the cheapest company I could find. I will definitely use them for my next car, fantastic customer service.
