Subscription changes difficult
I have a subscription with you, which was initially a really convenient way to buy my dog’s food. However, she doesn’t get through the food as quickly as I thought she would. I am a terrible estimator! I have tried several times to change my subscription and each time the webpage times out. I will be calling to do this this week but am disappointed it’s such a difficult process.

Fantastic food
High protein biscuits that my cat loves. And also my dog loves his senior version. I tried to transition them both slowly as I was worried they’d get bad tummies. Both of them rooted out the new biscuits and left the old ones they didn’t get bad tummies tho. When my kitten is neutered he will be going on the junior version Merlin my shepherd is 12 years old and looks fab on this food and Ebony my cat is so soft and shiny
