I wish I had read these reviews before I went to this website.
Don’t go anywhere near this site absolute misleading and false advertising.
They charge you an eco delivery charge without you authorising it.
I had to cancel my card with my bank because ozerty said it was a legitimate charge. I told them the product costs £5 and you’ve advertised free delivery, so then why would I pay £13.95 for an eco delivery charge that’s just plain daylight robbery.
Please stay away from this dodgy company and tell your contacts as well, hopefully they’ll go bankrupt soon.

This website is a OZERTY SCAM . HIDDEN authorised ‘GREEN CHARGE’ WHICH YOUR BANK GETS CHARGED 3 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT states charge is in closed screen. THAT I APPROVED IT. Hidden in T & C.
They retain the bank card details . CAN TAKE UNNAUTHORISED PAYMEVTS ANY TIME THEY PUSH THE BUTTON .

Scammers, same happened to me took 29.99 from my account when I had not ordered anything, I did order from them months ago and they added an environmental charge so they had card details. Currently trying to get a refund.

Took additional money out of my account

They took 2no amounts out of my account and said the 2nd one was an eco charge. When I rang my bank, it was set up as a direct debit. Do not purchase anything from this company

Worst company ever

Worst company ever
Do not buy from this company
They are a massive scam.
After I bought the shoes, they tried to subscribe me to their company, trying to take monthly payments for no reason. Fortunately I had no money in my account so the amount didn’t go through.
I contacted my bank and they blocked them.
Quality of the shoe was a joke.

I placed an order and paid for the item. Two days later an unauthorised payment was then taken from my account. Apparently, this was an eco charge. This company purports to be in the UK with a UK email and contact number. The eco charge was not easily visible when booking. Don't be fooled when placing an order.

Definitely fraudulent - Bank recognised a transaction by this company as fraudulent luckily - about 3 months after I had made 1 purchase. They froze my card, and at my request defrosted card!! but blocked any further transactions from these scum.

Luckily the bank stopped the payment

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company: they will trick you into ordering more than you intended, charge you more than you expected and then, to add insult to injury, take a further unauthorised payment some weeks later calling it an eco charge. I ended up paying almost £30 for an item advertised as costing £5.

Bank spotted this transaction before I did. …

Bank recognised a transaction by this company as fraudulent luckily.They stopped the payment. I immediately froze my card. I really don’t know what the transaction was supposed to be for and can’t recall ever using this company. My card has been cancelled and I’m waiting for another one. Do not use this company.

Unauthorised use of card

If you buy something, they also assume that you "subscribe" their website.

They charge money every 4 months for being their client.

I have asked via email to cancel my subscription (I never wanted!) few times, and asked for confirmation of cancelling the alleged subscription.
They replied to me saying that the subscription is quarterly charged.

I had to write another email and ask again (4 times) to cancel my subscription, card and my name.

This company is a scam.

I will rate it minus 10 if possible. DO NOT BUY anything from them! IT IS SIMILAR TO A SCAM! I bought something from them and after ticket multiple times that I didn't want their offer, they said they will send two products at the half price of one. They've sent one product at full price. The worse is that yesterday in my bank account appeared a transaction with them that I never made, and I never subscribed for anything from them. Still they've got access to my bank account despite their website clearly saying that they do not store any card details nor they have access to the clients bank account. This is a FAT LIE!! They have taken my money without me knowing it. I've contacted my bank, they blocked future payments to them but the bank said it is not a guarantee that they won't take other money in the future. I have tried to call ozerty at the phone on the website but the answer is all theirs agents are busy, and to send an e-mail. Clearly a SCAM! Guys pay attention, and spread the word to try and stop them, let's not let them do more harm! Thanks for reading!

I would give them less than one star, but there is no further option
They are cheats and frauds without warning. They have taken money from my account allegedly for “a small purchase fee “they have promised to refund. I have had numerous replies stating that their refund technology is under repair. This has been ongoing for months. Do not touch them.

Last week by mistake I bought a fan heater for £13.49 which I have not received yet, But within no time my son advised me not to buy from these people so I tried to cancel it by email but they did not cancel. They charged me £13.49 Plus £13.99 a separate transaction, Now I have freezed my bank card before they take any more.
They are Fraudsters keep away from them.

Fraudulent - Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they are total fraudsters. Purchased one small item and they then started taking £30 per month without us having been given any opportunity to sign-up to a subscription. Total out-right fraud, they didn't even do a hidden sign-up process just blatantly started taking my money from my card with absolutely no authorisation. Just theft.
