The service is unreliable
I have been waiting for the dress which was meant to be delivered by 6th April 2026 at the latest. Up till today (10/04/26) the dress has not been delivered. There is no communication from Missac as to why the dress was not delivered. Customer service has been really unhelpful and as a customer I'm frustrated and extremely disappointed as I had bought the dress for an occasion this weekend.
