I recently ordered a full size CC Cream in Dore and loved Erborian's policy of providing samples of your choice in other shades to enable you to test them and return/exchange before diving into the the full sized product. Choosing the correct shade of a new product online can be tricky, but using the generous samples allowed me time to try 2 different shades in the CC cream at home over a few days in different lights etc and then decide which shade suited me best. As it turned out, Clair was a better shade for me - the returns process was easy (and completely free!), a member of customer services contacted me within a day or so of receiving my return to advise they'd dispatched the exchange in my preferred shade and delivery of this was also free of charge! They even offered me samples in a couple of other products when I originally enquired about the returns and exchange process and these arrived quickly and without charge. I only wish other companies would adopt a similarly seamless policy. Special thanks to Mishellina & Lilia from customer care whose responses and assistance were prompt, helpful, efficient and a great demonstration of how customer care should be. The whole shopping experience has been without fault. The products themselves are also lovely - I'll be a return customer!

I spoke with Lilia today regarding an issue with my birthday code. She was incredibly helpful and got it sorted for me really really quickly. Another lovely experience of Erborian and their fab products, so looking forward to my birthday treat!

Although very pricey, literally broke my student sized bank… but best skincare and makeup I've ever found. I’m absolutely in love with their stuff and will most definitely use it for the foreseeable. I’m 21, prone to some under the skin blemishes and spots every now and then and since having this skincare my texture has improved, my redness and dry areas have gone, and I feel so much more confident in my skin as a result. I’d happily be a rep for this company to try and review and promote more of their products as I’ve never known a brand to be so good.

I hadn't received all the requested samples. I sent him an email and I received the sample by post after a few days. I was surprised by the seriousness of the company but above all by the quality of the products, even if a little expensive compared to the usual commercial products we have. used to buying these they are worth every penny spent nor am I completely in love my skin is improving day after day it doesn't seem real to me.

Lilia gave me great service with an enquiry today. Customer service is so important to me and I was pleased to see a company with great service. Really like the products too.

I was introduced to this company on tick tok . I did some research and the makes up seemed really good. So I purchased the Cc cream for the face and eyes.
It arrived and I tried it …. It was awful, it made my skin look really sallow and didn’t cover anything I wanted it too . The eye cream didn’t cover the dark areas under my eyes . Total waste of money !!

I emailed customer service but they will only accept unopened make up for a refund …. I ask you how are you meant to see if it’s good for you unless you try it .

I spent over £60 because it made lots of promises and none I have found to be true

I returned an item nearly two weeks ago , I have sent two emails and this morning I rang their helpline at 9 am , the automated message stated that “ all our advisors are busy “ - at 9 am as soon as the lines open ?? I find that very hard to believe! I just want my refund ! I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by this company- AVOID at all costs !!!
