Arturo Flooring
After multiple requests for help, we are still being ignored. Our floor—marketed as durable and suitable for residential use—has developed bubbles and excessive wear in a short time. Both the installer, Kelly Flooring, and the manufacturer, Arturo Flooring (link), refuse to take responsibility, instead blaming each other.
Now, we’re being told a top coat should have been applied, but despite acknowledging this, neither party is stepping up to fix the problem. If this flooring requires an additional top coat to function properly, why wasn’t this made clear during installation?
We trusted this product and service for our home, and this is the result—poor durability and no accountability. If you’re considering Arturo or Kelly Flooring, be aware of what you might be dealing with.
