they are not aware of what they are able to fulfill as product shipping
you should know which items you are able to ship and if you have the right permits to do so before listing the items in your platform, refunding and apologizing is not enough.

The company claimed that there is a similarity of names between me and one of those prohibited from buying in the United States, and despite sending my passport and my ID (official documents issued from two countries) proving that the banned person has another family name, another date of birth, and another place of birth, they canceled the request and refunded the payment
