Terrible choice or rather a mistake, the pouffs smell terrible like mould, i ordered 2 the same but they are 2 different sizes, the website says 35cm* 50cm but the box says 40*45*45, the quality is poor and the returns process once you read into it/ the delivery that was free when you wanna return you suddenly have to pay for as they will deduct from refund and that is when they even accept them back - you have to call first for permission for refund - of course send at your own cost, if they don’t accept them they will post them back and charge another delivery,to be acceptable they should be returned in perfect condition boxes- how can I do that when my boxes were already damaged as if someone ripped the top and returned - then it was re sealed again…. how can I prove that was not me damaging them? to much stress costs and hustle, never wanna hear of this ‘business’ again, I have just written the £68 off as a waste of my money…

If I could give minus stars I would - they are an absolute disgrace. Phones ring out, website contact ignored and email bounce back as undeliverable. The quality of the item purchased was awful and therefore i wanted a refund (as per their terms - 30 day refund policy) but impossible. Do not buy anything from this cowboy outfit of a company. My credit card will hopefully cover the negligence.

The pouffe its self is very nice looking and sturdy, would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the delivery of the item was terrible. Although it was actually delivered 1 day ahead of schedule it was left outside my back door in the rain without a note posted to let me know. The tracking app stated it has been 'delivered in the postroom' so had me driving to the local post office to check for it. 3 days later when I went in the garden I noticed the box which by this time was falling apart through the amount of water it had soaked up. Luckily the pouffe was bagged and double boxed so no damage done in the end.

We have ordered a UAREHOME matching runner and door mat set via Amazon in the past, which we were very pleased with. We recently ordered another set - but only the runner arrived. I couldn't get any reply from the UAREHOME telephone number, but fortunately they did respond to the email I sent them. Sadly, they were out of stock of the door mat we wanted, but they kindly sent us one that was fairly similar. I'm glad we were able to contact them via email - but found it rather strange that whoever was writing replies never put their name.

Not impressed with the quality of rug. Cant be bothered to return it. The colours looked vibrant in the pictures while actual rug doesnt. It was a waste of money.

Very frustrating delivery. Didn’t turn up three times as promised after paying next day delivery. I got that refunded though and the products are amazing.

5**** all the way. The guys here are friendly and offer great service. The products I purchased chindi rugs are perfect for my business and I will defiantly reccomend and will be very much a returning customer. These have now become my supplier in rugs

There was a delay with Hermes for almost a week but once I received the item I was pleased. The rug looks great but I must admit the edges look unfinished and I can see them fraying in the future. The anti-slip backing is really good and it's really soft I just hope I'm wrong about the fraying edges.

I wanted a door mat which was not too thick. I found what I wanted on the IRHOME website. It has arrived today and suits the purpose.

I ordered some black curtains but they sent grey. They then expected me to take these to the post office and send them back and pay for the cost before they would send the correct colour that I had ordered. Other customers have expected the same issue

Very poor quality, wouldn't use again

Ordered a rag rug.
It arrived promptly and is fantastic, true to size and really vibrant.
Wasn’t expecting such a great product for the price.
