However, the absence of mock exams for these specific units is a significant drawback of the course, as it leaves students ill-prepared and uncertain about their readiness for the actual exam. It feels like a wasted opportunity to practice and gauge one's performance before the real exam.

Furthermore, attempting to contact Uacademy for support has been a frustrating and futile experience. The institution has been unresponsive and has ignored my inquiries for about a month, only to come up with excuses when they do respond. As a paying customer, I expect timely and efficient customer service, especially when I have questions or need assistance with the course materials. The lack of prompt response and genuine assistance from Uacademy has left me feeling ignored and unsupported, adding to the overall negative experience of the course.
