Unit received was not the unit I ordered. Ordered a green dewalt laser and received a red dewalt laser. TT says they will refund my money once the unit is returned. They've been helpful and responded quickly. I can say I've purchased many tools from TT over the years and this is the first bad experience I've had.

The purchase process was quick and easy. The company takes it's time shipping and the box was almost destroyed when UPS delivered it to my door. The driver asked my wife to inspect the contents before he left. Luckily all was in the box and in workable order.
