I placed several orders trying to make a perfect gift for grandkids and had to call the company. I talked with a human, English as first language, very capable woman whom helped me in no time flat. Second purchase
We bought replacement arrows for the one which had snapped at the hands of a guest. It was last year’s birthday present and will be this year’s as well, including a new quiver. I think it is nearly impossible for a child to get hurt using these cushy arrows but has taught our boy patience.
