Contract obligations
They do not honour their contractual obligations in maintaining the system which worked fine until the batteries failed now they want paying for the batteries that the contract states renewed free of charge.

The name of the old company is called ‘ Security Hub Zone ‘ and they have been prosecuted for doing this behaviour before.
If you Google this it’s all on public record of information that I’ve found enlightening and helped me in regards to this company.
The company house for Twenty4Severn Monitored Protection is in London.
If you look into this information you will find all the relevant information you did and if anybody needs any advice or information I’ll be happy to oblige.
Avoid this company!!! Cold called my elderly mother and sold her a new alarm. The system has never worked, engineers never turn up and key holders are being inundated with texts and calls from the monitoring service ‘cougar monitoring’. Absolutely disgusted that they have conned my mother out of 1000s of pounds. Awful! Awful! Awful!
Elderly relative cold-called, confused and ripped off. Now getting calls and texts - from 'Cougar Monitoring' - through the night saying there's a fault. More scared now than not having alarm.
Totally disgusted. Kept cold calling my elderly parents in the end he paid the money and the fitted the alarm.
Just kept going off during the night, some one came out and had a look switched it off and said they need parts and off he went on his horse into the sunset never to be seen again. When he calls just gets messed around. Now the 01902 496023
Wolverhampton number is not recognised. SCAM ALL OVER IT. Watch dog here we go.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company needs to be shut down. They're selling tactics are completely unethical bordering on a scam. My elderly dad is vulnerable after losing my mum earlier this year then having his car stolen. They cold called him and pressured him into letting them come round where they promptly pressured him into handing over £4000 for a supposed home security system for 5 years. They pile on the pressure and manipulate the elderly and vulnerable giving them no time to think about the purchase. They certainly don't give enough information to make an informed decision. The supposed "salesman" pressured my dad that much he actually followed my dad upstairs to the computer and watched my dad log on his internet banking to make sure the money was transferred. They force you into doing a bank transfer so you can't do a charge back through the bank. Complete abuse of the elderly and vulnerable and I'll be reporting them where I can. It's taken 2 weeks of phone calls and constant emails from me to get them to give Dad his money back. I know others haven't been so lucky. They work on a pressure tactic so cold call day 1, home visit to steal your money day 2 then day 3 they send installers round as once any work has been started you've no chance of getting your money. Absolutely immoral and disgusting company.
These people should be ashamed of themselves. They cold called my parents and convinced them, both in their 80's into spending over £3,800 on a system worth around £800. The installer arrived immediately so was obviously waiting up the road in his van. Installation was a total bodge, he left a mess then just cleared off without leaving any operating instructions. Parents asked for the system to be removed which they did but left another mess behind. Parents repeatedly asked for their money back well within the 14 day period but just got fobbed off and got extremely upset by the whole thing, luckily they payed by card so their Bank refunded and will take the case up. AVOID
The engineer who came to install the system was very professional and well presented, explained everything in detail, gave me a demonstration of how the system works and tidy work. Thankyou!
Got recommended by a friend so thought I’d have a look. Since having the system I have felt safe and protected especially with me living alone. Thankyou
My Father who is 86 has been conned by this company. He has paid out £3,699 without speaking to any family members and he thinks he has a wonderful alarm system and panic button. This is a cold calling company who came out the very next door to fit a the system. His payment covers the next 5 years should he live to 91 and should the company survive until then. Don't touch this company!!
My parents have just been taken in by this company. Cold called, promised it would be a simple alarm system to use . They've installed something really complicated and the alarm went off all through the day and night a few hours after installation. They asked for their money back within the 14 day cancellation period but are just getting fobbed off.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They cold called my elderly mother and told her it would cost £390. They came to fit it 2 days later and wanted £3900! She cried and said she didn’t have that money but they made her write a cheque for £1000. When I found out later that day, I phoned them to come and take it out. They did a week later after my mom had no heating or hot water. Turns out they had drilled through a water pipe and when they took it out it flooded my mother’s dining room causing hundreds of pounds of damage. They will not pay and we’ve taken them to court. THEY STILL HAVEN’T PAID!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
This firm cold called my elderly parents and then fitted a security system the day AFTER being contacted which took no more than an afternoon to fit. Which was £1000’s over priced should cost an absolute max £800 for similar system.
Now trying to get this system REMOVED so they can get a reputable company to fit an alarm system suitable for their needs.
BE WARNED DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY
Had this company contact my elderly parents. I contacted Walsall Trading Standards, it turns out they liquidated 2 companies and the owner has disappeared.
Stay clear of this company.
They are criminals.
They are using the name of 24/7 alarms who are very good.
Cold call to install free of charge equipment to help gain emergency services access quickly. Not yet sure if it's genuine - or if reviews on website are genuine. I said I wanted to read more, they gave me this website and didn't push. Will see what happens if there's any further calls.
