My van failed MOT on headlights so booked it in and was charged £400+ as an old van. Retested and failed on lights again.
I have photos of the complete mess I've been left with.

Can't praise these guys highly enough. My dealer was quoting 8 weeks just to diagnose the problem, they had it fixed in 4 days - including 2 days waiting for the parts. Very professional - kept in touch all the way through the process. Pleased I have found somewhere I can trust to deal with any EV issues.

I am very happy with the service I have received from TWAAutoelectrics. I initially contacted them via email to discuss my options for the best audio system upgrade I could have installed within my budget (I'm not an expert on such things), and Jake was very helpful in providing me some options to suit, and explaining the options. I also appreciated that he didn't try to needlessly upsell components that I didn't need. I dropped the car off, and was given a detailed brief of what was going to be fitted. When I picked the car up the next day, Jake was very helpful, explained everything that had been fitted, and how to use the new system, including calibration to make it sound as good as possible. They also fitted water guards for the new speakers at their own cost, due to the age of the vehicle. The quality of work seems excellent, and I would rate them very highly in customer service, professionalism, value and integrity. I highly recommend TWAAutoelectrics.

Fantastic communication and advice from Joel ahead of booking my car in, and the help and advice during / after from Jake was excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble. They even went out of their way to install the Dashcams on the day when they had my car, to avoid me having to bring it back at a later date.

Truly couldn't recommend this company enough! Before going to TWA, I'd gone to two other garages who weren't able to get my car in for 2-4 weeks. After giving TWA a call, I dropped off my car at 10am and it was ready to be picked up by 4pm the same day. Of course they can't be expected to work to this timeframe all of the time, but I was super impressed with their efficiency.

While it seemed like my problem was an inconvenience to other garages, the person I spoke to at TWA was relaxed and positive. When I went to drop off the car, I was really impressed by how much detail he had picked up from the call. Due to how accommodating the service had been from the get go, I mentioned another issue my car had which I had previously been advised to go straight to the car manufacturer. This wasn't a problem for them and they were able to do this along with the diagnosis and fix for my initial issue.

The parts were sourced locally, proving they have good connections with local retailers. I was kept up to date with the status of the repair the whole way through, including a call to say that the repairs were going well and the original suggested pick up time was looking likely. The car was even ready an hour before estimated which was an added bonus.

I will 100% be going to TWA Autoelectrics the next time my car needs some TLC, and will be recommending to friends and family.

just had a quote for a reverse camera and head unit for a sprinter ..... now you can find videos of instaling new head units in a sprinter on you tube and they are live and 6 mins long , these people wanted to charge me 5-6 hours labour at £78 per hour ....... and that was not even a quote covering the instalation of the reversing camera .... Min price for head unit was £450 when they start at £120 on ebay AND reverse camera was apparently £2-300 not including fitting , when they start at £49 on ebay.....no idea why they tried to rip me off but i must say i am dissapointed.

Really great establishment I chose them because of their long standing history and loyal customer base and I wasn’t disappointed! Had a full car audio upgrade carried out here and it was immaculately fitted and built to specification, really good communication and I could tell a lot of attention to detail and hard work went into it. I was given lots of options to choose from along with quotes so I knew exactly what I was getting for the price and no hidden surprises. Would definitely recommend!
