Biggest waste of money ever spent in my 70 years on this earth ! Can’t say I words how bad this product is ! 80 pounds of pure garbage ! Can wait up to an hour before it tells you someone is at the door ! Can never get a picture day or night ! Stupidly paid a full years subscription which they won’t aknowledge I have paid ! Please please please Dont buy this garbage ! Dont waste your hard earned money on this shit !!!!!!!!! Do not buy anything Ftom this company !

This doorbell camera videos are blurry and doesn't always register activity, even though it's set on high traffic. It keep getting offline, even though my wifi is saying it's excellent. I added an extender to help improve connection and with the blurry vide, but nothing has worked. I bought a Sim card to add to the camera, and I couldn't get it to fit, even though it was the correct one that was suppose to fit it. It offers AI cloud that's extremely expensive, but nothing help with blurry video. Nothing help! The information and instruction pages within the app is not easy to navigate. No audio. It's a disappointing camera all together. If it was possible for me to return it, I would be happy to rid myself of this product, but I kept it for months before ever putting it outside.

Acquisto il servizio sms. Inserisco il numero di telefono per ricever il codice di conferma, numero errato, controllo e riprovo, numero errato, dopo un po di tentativi l'app si blocca per 24h. Dopo giorni riesco finalmente a ricevere il messaggio con il codice di verifica. Imposto le notifiche, inserisco il numero di telefono nella lista e provo a spegnere un dispositivo e non arriva nessun messaggio, riprovo con altro dispositivo e ancora nessun messaggio. Non rimborsano un servizio che non funziona.

Absolute garbage. I bought the WiFi gate lock specifically for remote operation. The instructions that came with the lock are worthless. There's no support whatsoever. Even after finally getting it paired, the connection always fails even though phone and router are less than six feet away.

Dreadful app full of ads that bear a security risk for your phone. Not worth the storage it uses. Grim

Garbage. I have an automated cat litter box and it won't link for remote use. I asked to AI system and it jus repeated everything on the hardcopy instructions. Just when I thought I was getting somewhere I ran out if credits and was told I needed to subscribe to the app. Total scam. I'm now going to see if I can return t to Amazon.

Tuya doorbells are horrendous never known something that's is so useless, once it's rung by someone it literally won't work again

Tuya has become another one of those terrible companies which force AI down everyone's throat and that in itself is reason enough to give the lowest rating possible.

First, they start off their non-sustainable business model by binding everyone to their platform so a whole bunch of smart home manufacturers depend on their infrastructure, then they start plastering everything with "premium" features and turn their platform into an "AI" abomination which they advertise aggressively in an attempt to convince their users that spending €100 a year to have environmentally disastrous AI datacenters do a human's job worse is a "good investment".

If i would have know this robot vacuum only worked with the tuya app I would have gotten something else. App never works. Sometimes I can change vacuum setting and sometimes I cant. It always says vacuum is offline and when I check my network it is online. Worst app ever.

Tuya wifi camera. Could not pair device or scan the QR code through the camera. Cannot remember where or when I bought it.
It hsa now been smashed to bits and put in the bin!

Tuya Smart bi pin color bulbs suck! I spent 3 years trying to get them to all pair at the same time and even spoke one time to a Tuya Customer Service person I could barely understand . Do not buy these bulbs. You’re an idiot if you waste your time with them. I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary to inform paying customers of the issue, oh yeah, I did get 10 of them to pair… any more lights than that have fun !!

When using this app for a automatic cat litter box especially the garvee brand will not let you change all the settings in cat litter box app . Like the weight is in kg and no way to change it from kg to lb so unless your great at math you will hate it . Other than that works great on cleaning and monitoring a cats usage and time of usages but other than that THE APP IS SORTA USELESS...might see if it works with another smart app.

useless ! Worst app ever ! fails to connect to the device . Keeps asking for wifi password even though it has been entered and it fails to remember the password and connect automatically . Useless crap - which means ,my wifi solar camera is also useless, as it won't connect to my wifi as it only seems to connect via this useless app!

Tuya smart hub gekocht nu was die connectie verloren en kan je die niet meer resetten omdat gegevens in de cloud blijven hangen bij tuya dat kan je er zelf niet uithalen en niet meer installeren op je app dus kan je het apparaat weg gooien waardeloos product

Heb een deurbel gekocht…binnen 2 maanden vocht in de lens en sindsdien niet meer online… alle stappen gevolgd om het apparaat weer on line krijgen. Waardeloos apparaat… niet kopen!!
