Our experience with Tutor Cruncher has been a good one. Antonio and Raashi have been great. There were a couple of minor things we needed clarification early on, but that was done in a quick and efficient manner. We have had no problems with using the software and have heard no complaints from parents. As the owner, it has saved me lots of time having to send invoices to parents. There are a couple of reports we would like to see and the team has been open to hearing about those.

Because you are UK and not US based, your terminology is out of sync with US business terminology.

The lesson confirmation, reminders, and reports are very helpful. On the accounting side, the tutors are able to see how much they are making with every tutoring session and they receive an email after they are paid. It makes accounting easier for the business owners as well. The parents and students really love the platform because it's customized for them. I greatly recommend Tutorcruncher.

It’s really easy to use and has all the features that you could want from it. The free support at the beginning of the subscription is really useful to help you tailor the functions to suit your needs. I have been using it for a few months now and it feels like I’ve been using it forever, it has just become routine.

Easily transitioned from a non CRM business to a CRM business with tutorcruncher. Their Auto invoicing, lesson tracking and finance handling in particular has saved me time and effort, allowing me to only worry about scaling up.

The analytics side of TC is very limited, or at least, far from being straightforward. For example, how can I see the actual number of clients in a year? The categorization of services by subject is also limited, as it is not customizable (all customized subjects must fall within label "other").
From the accounting point of view, the switch from Stripe to Stripe Express caused additional work on the side of the user.

very user-friendly, has all the functionality for scheduling our tutoring business with more than 200 students and 20 tutors. The "Job" section is the brilliant idea to solve every different need. Although we did not need much support (too easy to setup and start), its live chat support was excellent.

For small businesses charging competitive rates in less developed areas, the fees incurred might be difficult to cover initially. We chose to unsubscribe in the end to keep our prices for our customers affordable in the current climate, but wouldn't hesitate to sign up again in the future if we continue to grow.
