TutorCruncher is a great platform and well worth consideration. I moved FoL English (folenglish.com) from Acquity to TC, as this allowed me to scale in a way that Acquity could not. It's great that students and teachers can create accounts as well as affiliates and admins. The features TC offers are great (although they do take some getting used to - tip: be sure to utilise the written guides). In terms of negatives, the system was clearly built with teaching children in mind - which isn't our business model - so it is slightly fiddly in that you have to manually set each 'client' to also be a 'student', which is a little annoying.

Each of the team member at TutorCruncher actively provided individual assistance to: transfer my existing data (Excel) of client, student, tutor records - into their software. It has save me and company so much hours and cost!
Some of the amazing features my business benefited from this transition: Automatic/credit card payment options; seasonal offers/automatic schedule reminder for parents; tutor to confirm if student attended the learning season & auto-payout to employee!

There are a few technical points that we often run into, and sometimes things are a bit trickier than they need to be e.g. when emails don't go through, or with tax settings for group courses where some students are VAT exempt and others aren't

The system is great and fairly intuitive. The level of support and speed of responses were excellent. The only thing I would say is that I sometimes had to repeat queries as they had not been read properly or were misunderstood.

Tutor cruncher is great in sending updates and information to help administrators track activities. It is affordable for the scope of operations and provides a platform for all stakeholders to give feedback about the learner or tutor. Something I am hoping you can adopt is to allow the upload of word documents. There are bi monthly reports we send to parents from Edukom which has a tabulated template. It is not possible to do this on tutor cruncher which is a limitation for us.

I think it is a great CRM tool and i am glad i can have a system hold everything for me now. However, because I am in South Africa, Stripe does not work for me. My previous consultant Antonio showed me how to work around this, however my dashboard is showing money that's not been invoiced (since I don't use stripe). It would be even better for me to iron out these things.
