My partner uses this app so thought I’d give it a go. Super easy to use, love the new photo tracking for my meals. The design is easy. I just wanted something easy and it does the job. Easier than MFP for sure. recommend if you want simple health guidance and a tracker

Total scam, avoid at all costs. Did it bk in 2023, at first was very good. Then the content stopped however 2 years of payments didn't. Tried to cancel and couldn't, contacted them, no reply. Took 75 pounds each year for nothing.

Really easy to use. Have used a few of the main tracking apps but this has everything in one place. Great food database, nice holistic wellbeing tracking and reminders. I like the ease of the check ins and being able to see my data clearly. Great app.

Excellent app. Really inspiring daily podcasts and very informative. Easy navigation and adding food to the database is simple. I like the daily check ins as it gives good accountability. Used a similar app for years but this app feels much more personalised and has helped me achieve my goals.

Great workouts. Large food database and options to manually add your own. Very user friendly.

I am finding this app excellent for keeping my calories in check for my calorie deficit for my fat loss journey.
It's very easy to use which make it not feel such a chore as i have experienced with other similar apps. This app seems alot more flexiby to tailor it to your lifestyle needs and choices and therefore I think it is a great tool for long term food logging and helping with food choices.

In September 2023, I paid for a year’s subscription with Turtle Method. The app really helped me figure out what kinds of food I should be eating and how to adjust my life to reach my goals. By August 2024, I decided I didn’t need the subscription anymore, so cancelled my membership. In September 2025, I was billed another £79 for a year’s membership despite already cancelling. I logged back into my account and saw that the subscription was ongoing, so tried to cancel it again, but saw an error message to say “subscription not found”, and so I got in touch with the Turtle Support team. From September through to November, I was sent the same lazy excuses like “Scott is ill, he’ll process the refund when he’s back”….Turtle Method never gave me a refund for a membership I cancelled in good time. This year (September 2025), Turtle Method have tried yet again to bill me for another £79. Luckily, I got in touch with my bank last year to block any future payments from this company, but that hasn’t stopped Turtle from trying to claim that money 3 times from my bank. Turtle Method still owe me £79 as my bank wouldn’t return that money to me. It’s absolutely despicable customer service, and even now when I log into my account, which still exists for some reason, the same error message reads “subscription not found”. If you try to cancel your membership, you might find yourself in the same situation. You don’t need to use Turtle Method to reach your goals, please use literally any other company or group with better morals. They just want your money.

Whilst the app was ok when I used it, this has put a red mark on our experience.

However, they were quick to rectify the 2nd time this happened

Non-existent customer service and no option to cancel. Similar experience to many, whereby I wanted to cancel, no option to do this on the app and after multiple emails requesting to cancel £99 was taken from my bank account despite there not being a regular payment/subscription authorised for this company. Bank had to step in and cancel my credit card and re-send to be able to reimburse. Total scam!! Avoid!!!

I have been using the app four months and it’s not working for me. But I cannot work out how to cancel the recurring payment and there is no information on the help in the app of how to close my account.

The Facebook group is full of people complaining they have been overcharged and cannot cancel their payment. App support appears to be useless and admin do not respond to comments on Facebook either.

Instructions on closing the account within the Facebook group are two years old and the link no longer works.

Considering this is run by a well-known influencer, it’s very poor.

Awful customer service. I had been a member years ago and enjoyed it. However, they have continued to charge for less services.
I signed up again last year with their black Friday deal but quickly realised it wasn't worth it. I emailed in July to cancel and was assured this had been sorted. However, last week they tried to take payment for a service I cancelled. I emailed again and was told it would be sorted. Today, they tried to take payment again.
If you are a part of their private groups on Facebook you'll realise this happens to a lot of people. Often payment is taken when you are told it won't be and then you need to fight for ages to get a refund. So disappointing.
I would not recommend signing up to turtle.

Awful customer service experience. Have been charged incorrectly and refusing to refund me, stay away

I have been a member for a while now. It has been the only app and method that has really gotten me to lose weight and be in shape. I truly believe that thanks to Turtle method I was able to conceive last September (sadly I have health issues that do not allow me to exercise like I used to but they even have a pre natal post natal course)
I cannot wait to give birth soon and get back into fitness and on track with turtle method. The coaches are amazing the live classes are a great start of the day and the nutrition aspect helped me learned a lot about how I was eating.
If you are someone who likes to go on the own pace, learn, connect with others, and have a support group do not hesitate to join!

I signed up to the Octagon Challenge and I was sent no instructions - I then sent 2 emails and an Instagram message and was told they would sort it. Still no email - I have now asked for my money back as the customer service is so poor and no reply. Really disappointed.

Similar to the other reviews, money has been taken from my account. I contacted scott but received no response, I then made contact via Instagram amd was told my refund would be processed ASAP. This did not happen, sent another message via Instagram which was read buf did not even have the decency to respond.

Loving the new challenge and the app, had some issues at the start of the month but all problems seem fixed now! I also get quick replies from the support inbox

I Started in Nov 2023

I did the 14 day masterclass is November and loved it! The app is sooooo nice. There has been issues in December and I know the team worked hard over Xmas to fix it. It wasn't convenient but it's all back working now and i'm loving the current challenge :)
