We’re sorry for the frustration and understand how upsetting it is to see the website go from fixed back to “Not Secure” again. We reviewed the case and saw that the SSL issue had been escalated to Engineering, the initial fix was applied, and an email was sent confirming that update, but you later replied that the issue was still not resolved.

We also understand that this has happened more than once and that the problem returning so quickly makes it feel like the original fix did not hold. We regret the inconvenience and the disruption this has caused to your website and business.

Terrible

Terrible. I’ve had my account with you for decades and y’all screwed it up somehow so it got blacklisted. That’s just unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m going to move my account someplace else because I can’t deal with this incompetence. Moreover, when I called your helpline, they were inept and ineffective.

please take time to listen to what the customer wants then you decide to take action. just listen and then respond or act in accordance to what you heard.

I had to call back twice. The first rep provided incorrect information, which I forwarded to my admin. Garbage in...garbage out!

We also understand that you had to call back twice and felt the first representative gave incorrect information, which then created more confusion when you were trying to relay the details to your admin. That kind of back-and-forth is especially frustrating when you’re simply trying to make a routine account change.

So, we purchased this email service back in 2021 when it was Yahoo Business Email for $95.40.
We paid $95.40 for three (3) years until it was rebranded to turbify at which they predatorily increased their rates in 2024.

Bait and switch domain pricing is extreme

The company is good but their pricing strategy is bait and switch.
Their first year domain prices are competitive but thereafter they increase the price by more than 100 percent for subsequent years.
Why not have fixed one price annual pricing like others? In the long run you’d have loyal customers who don’t feel cheated after Year 1.

We’re sorry that this issue has remained unresolved for so long and understand how frustrating it is to be without reliable access to your BizMail service. We reviewed the case and saw that the problem involved setting up BizMail on Mac Mail using IMAP, along with related password reset and login issues that also prevented you from viewing your active subscriptions in My Services.

We also saw that mobile IMAP access was working, but desktop and laptop access were still blocked because of the password and login problem. The issue was reproduced, escalated, and confirmed as a backend issue, and a bug had already been raised for the engineering team to investigate further.

We understand your concern about waiting several business days when this has already been going on for about a month, and we regret the delay and disruption this has caused.
