Dusty and Mella in particular have worked very hard to satisfy my expectations. It has been a learning experience for me and I haven't always made the right decisions regarding choice of instruments etc. I do like to make these choices myself and generally, with the producers help it works out. The expertise of the musicians and vocalists is of the highest standard and everyone I have worked with has done their very best for me. Sincerely Lola

Making music has always been a relaxing experiencing for me, and that is what it turned out to be when I recently used Tunedly for a project…hassle-free. To begin with, choosing session musicians was a 1-2-3 process and the interaction was pretty friendly and transparent. Plus, the finished product exceeded my expectations in terms of sound quality – no revisions were needed on my spanking new track.

I signed up as a Premium Member because I wanted access to all the perks that are on offer, including the savings on music production costs and using their song plugging service. But I also did it because I like the fact that they keep innovating for their users. I especially appreciate the add-ons to the online recording studio, such as the workshops. I’ll be using Tunedly for a long time to come.

Haven't had the service very long, but I am satisfied with it so far.

As an aspiring musician back in the day, I always wanted to work with Michael Jackson. So you can imagine the utter disappointment and despair I went through back in ’09 when the news said that he had died. Not getting the chance to meet the artist I looked up to the most, let alone make a track with, was devastating. It practically crippled me and I sought closure for years (yes, I’m one of those people who finds it hard to let go). Well, up until a month ago that is. Long story short, I decided to give technology a chance and collaborate online with a few session musicians on a song. I didn’t think much of it, as far as I was concerned, I was just trying something new (I like trying new things). Imagine my surprise when it turned out that one of the singers actually worked with my beloved MJ on a song…when he was alive! I know it’s not the same thing but this is the closest to closure I will ever get and now I can breathe again. I probably would have settled with someone who shook his hand to be honest (and no I’m not a fan boy).

By the way, this was all made possible via Tunedly, which does a good job connecting music creators with world-class musicians. I’ll be making all my music with them from now on. Can’t wait to see who else they add to the roster. Who knows, maybe I’ll get to connect next with a guitarist who’s played for Prince, or even a drummer who’s done stuff for David Bowie. Now that would be something.

I finally gave Tunedly a chance after learning as much about online recording studios as possible and doing some research on the company (from what I gathered, they already made a good name for themselves as Songcat). Now that I’ve received the final product, I’m beyond glad I chose them.

For starters, I wasn’t expecting the high quality of production I received for the price. The backup singer and musicians were topnotch. Overall, the track was so well put together, it’s almost like I can hear my song playing on the radio already. And whenever I wasn’t too sure I liked how something sounded or had questions, the project manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained and all the little kinks were ironed out.

I tried Tunedly to get some of my songs recorded and I did not have the best of experiences. My project manager did not really manage the project, he just notified me when files had been posted and wasn't very proactive in terms of keeping the project on schedule.

Two of the musicians who were assigned to me were incredibly sub-par, but it took me complaining to get this noticed. In the end, both of those musicians were no longer used as contractors for the company, but not before I'd lost a couple of weeks in back-and-forth with the project manager.

Out of three songs, one took four weeks to get recorded, the next took over five weeks, and the last was at seven weeks and we were still waiting for a musician to get a track, but I finally gave up on that one.

In the end, I used computer tracks which were significantly better quality than the audio tracks I'd been given, and I hired my own singers which were more suited for the project.

Tunedly's prices seemed to good to be true, and that turned out being the case. I spent around a thousand dollars with them and that money would have been much better spent on my own.

Tunedly is an online recording studio/music production service. As a budding songwriter, I had used its forerunner, SongCat, to produce 10 of my songs and had been very happy with the results, but Tunedly is even better! It has everything I need to produce great, radio-ready versions of my songs - I am able to select the session musicians and singers that suit my project, and get a mixed/mastered full production of my song in a couple of weeks, and at a cheaper rate compared to a traditional recording studio. Very happy! I would highly recommend Tunedly!

Finding professional session musicians and singers to give me the quality sound I am looking for has not always been easy. But Tunedly has made it a piece of cake. My favorite thing about this online music recording studio is the ease of use. The musicians are magnificent and took my humble ideas and turned them into that stunning song. My chosen guitarist was no ordinary guitarist. There’s something about his guitar riffs, he created that cool sound with his own bare fingers pointing forward to the grooves of the future.

I wish I would have discovered Tunedly sooner.

Tunedly is exactly what I've been looking for and wanting. As a songwriter, to have the opportunity and ability to choose and build as many layers to my song production from the ground up with a menu of skillful and experienced artists and musicians from every genre to choose from is a like something out of a dream! I am able to correspond directly with the team through a variety of means and even have a revision made if needed. I also have the option of laying down my own tracks and selecting a professional to mix and master it. Tunedly also has chat support, free helpful articles, and other cool features to help develop and bring out the best in me and my songs. On my most recent production, I sent over a rough recording of my ukulele (which I don't play very well) and my amateur vocal using my iPhone, and what I received back was a radio ready, clean professional sounding recording that I was super thrilled with. Tunedly also gives a free EPK that you can complete and keep online and there doesn't appear to be any obligation to order anything. Very cool company.

Tunedly is definitely the company you need and want to provide quality, industry-standard, radio-ready music. Ranging from commercial music to tunes for a family reunion, Tunedly does it all. I have used the services and also am a contracted musician with Tunedly, and I can truly say that I have been satisfied with the whole process, start to finish. The project managers respond quickly to any queries, and are genuinely concerned about your project. The session musicians (instrumentalists, vocalists, and composers) are all professional and give you just what you need for your song, ANY genre and style. Thinking about composing a country tune? Tunedly can and has done it. Want to submit an original to a major record label? Tunedly - been done that!
