We are very happy with the service of this company. We ordered a few months ago 4 sample colours which was very quick delivered to Belgium. After chosing the colour, we ordered the dresses. But, for one of the dresses we had some questions and remarks. They answered me always very quickly and kind, and ad the end the dress was perfect!
All the dresses where exactly the sites we gave, and the same for the colour!
We were really looking good and really a lot of people told us the same.

So, for the next wedding we Will defenitely order again!

I recently ordered my bridesmaids dress for my sister's wedding. Nothing custom..just a plain and simple order, right? Wrong! I received an email from the company a few days later saying that they don't make that style of dress anymore and they only offer it in a new style (that looks completely different!). My sister does not like the "new" style that they offer on that dress, so I decided to cancel my order. After a few emails, they finally concede to refund my money and it will return in 4 days. That was February 22...today is March 9. After another email to the company, I have learned that the office is "on holiday for a week". Needless to say I am very upset! 1) WHY do have a product on your website that you don't even make or sell? 2) WHY aren't you refunding money in a timely manner?
This company can not be trusted. Do not order from them!

I truly have nothing but positive things to say about Tulle & Chantilly. I was hesitant to order bridesmaid dresses sight unseen, but after weighing my options and reading other online reviews, I chose to go for it! I felt like the risk was definitely worth it to try and save my bridesmaids money. The risk was definitely worth it! I was so shocked (in a good way) upon receiving the dresses in the mail! The quality of craftsmanship was excellent!!! Tulle & Chantilly's seamstresses' work definitely impressed me. I plan to order from Tulle & Chantilly in the future anytime I need a special dress, and I will be recommending this company to friends.

Also, Sophie from T & C is easy to work. I found her to be prompt and thorough in her emails. YOU as the consumer must take responsibility to communicate clearly about your measurements, sizes, etc. - if you do this, it will make it easier on both you and the company. I believe it is better to over-communicate your message in an effort to be clear and on the same page.

I recently ordered a dress from this site. When I received it the color appeared a little brighter (my fault for not ordering a sample but I can deal w that). What I cannot deal with is that the dress detail has been damaged & the dress is too small. Unfortunately when I contacted the company they advised I contact a local seamstress & buy a new dress and try to sell the one they sent me?!?! Who on earth says fix the damaged dress we sent you & buy another from us. It's just plain crazy & terrible customer service!

I could go on and on about how pleased I was with my purchases with Tulle and Chantilly. I have 13 bridesmaids, some which are pregnant and some that are juniors. My order was a little confusing but Sophie did such a wonderful job communicating with me on a daily basis to make sure we had everything correct. I sent in 11 of the dress measurements and two weeks later they were already on my doorstep. The color is the exact color I was looking for! The communication was top notch and the dresses are very sturdy and BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Tulle and Chantilly for making everything so easy!

Don't have a live person to talk to nor a location their out of. Kinda sketchy! I even asked if I could n they said no! Used at ur own risk

After shopping at typical wedding shop stores I was so amazed at the beauty and quality of my dress from tulle and chantilly!!! The material was so silky soft and yet durable! And i love that they make the dress to my measurements at no extra charge. if I'm ever in another wedding I will definately be getting my dress here!!

The team at Tulle and Chantilly is responsive and helpful. When there was a potential material issue with my order, they went above and beyond their duty by seeking out of stock material for me to match what I already had for my bridesmaids dresses. Throughout my potential crisis they were responsive and easy to speak with both via email and their online in-website chat despite their location in another country.

Shipping is always very fast (around 3 days from China to Australia) and tracked easily via DHL. The dresses were all of high quality and custom made to fit my bridesmaids at no additional cost. I am so happy with the care and support I have recieved from Tulle and Chantilly, and I would not hesitate to recommend them as an overseas alternative to purchasing local dresses, especially if you would like something tailor made to your measurements.

We bought custom colored bridesmaid dresses and specified we were looking for a dark gray chiffon dress. We referenced a color swatch which looks dark gray on ever display possible and still said we wanted dark gray. We never got any correction about the swatch from the team. The dresses arrived and they are purple. I emailed promptly and they said it was our display which clearly is not the case because 5 of us have the same color confirmation. They also never specified that the color swatch was not gray but purple. I can also fit an entire family in the skirt after giving very specific measurements. So I will need to alter again. Customer service, Sophie, has told us to pay for another dress at a 30% discount. What?!?! So I will have to pay for the wrong dress and buy another one? This is absolutely the most ludicrous buying experience I have ever had and would not recommend working with them.

The team at Tulle and Chantilly were amazing, very prompt with their responses to my numerous questions (anxious bride). The dress was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way! Even better than what I expected, they did an awesome job in every detail of it!

I ordered 8 bridesmaides dresses for my girls. The dresses was beautiful!
They got shipped to Norway, and there was no problem.
Sophie from tulle and chantilly e maild me the tracking number, so I felt that the customer service was great!!
Some of the dresses was a little bit big arround the chest area, but my awesome mother fixed it in a hearbeat! No problem!
The dresses are beautiful made, and I would use them again! :)

I ordered a bridesmaids dress for a wedding and I must say I was very impressed! The prices are fair (less expensive than most), and the quality of the dress is immaculate. Such a beautiful dress all 8 of our bridesmaids agree as well! The people who run this cite are very in touch and quick to respond. Very great people to do business with.

I cannot believe how many good reviews this company has! I am not th type to write reviews about companies but I just felt like others should know how awful of an experience this truly was.

So I was nervous about buying eight bridesmaids online in the first place but after talking with the woman who responds to emails (they are not available by phone) and reading all the reviews, I was a little less nervous. So we spent 1500 dollars on eight bridesmaids dresses. They were ordered in March and did not get delivered until July so expect a long wait if you are ordering them. When we received the dresses four had to be taken to a seamstress because they did not fit the girls. When measured, they were the wrong measurements because we had given them specific measurements for all the girls. One was so small that she had to completely remake the dress and when we asked them to return it, the owner said she could not return it that and that there was nothing she could do for us until we saw a seamstress. When we did see the seamstress, she let us know she needed more fabric and when I went back to chantille and tulle, they said they would not send more without first consulting with the seamstress. Once giving them her number she said she could not call only email. They have given me the run around and they are completely unprofessional.
I then had another take her dress in to get taken in and her seamstress said the hem line and sides of dress were completely crooked and that these dresses were made in China and we got ripped off because they were horribly made.

All I can say is beware. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never purchase anything from them ever. I cannot believe what a nightmare this whole thing has turned out to be. There policy needs to say absolutely no returns ever because that is what they mean by their lack of a written return policy.

What an awesome experience that I had with Tulle and Chantilly.
At first I was worried about sending my measurements off over the internet and scared that my bridesmaid dress will come back either too big, too small, totally not what I ordered or different colour etc everything was going through my head but I was totally wrong about everything. Great communication between Sophie and I, the dress arrived so fast, exactly the correct measurement's, the colour was perfect and just amazing!!!!

I was nervous waiting for the dresses, online dress shopping is terrifying, but when they arrived (much ealier than stated on the site) and the girls tried them out, we were amazed and excited on how PERFECTLY they fit! All 3 of my bridesmaids' dresses fit perfectly. A month later i purchased a custom wedding dress. I am still waiting for it to be fineshed and delivered..
The bridesmaids dresses were ordered and delivered in less than a month.
The dresses are beautifully made and they are of great quality fabrics :)
They send us guides on measuring and Sophie was patient and understanding when we designed my wedding dress :)

The only minor complaint is there were no communications after the order. But other than that, great experience.

I have been searching for my wedding dress for a mth going into shops which is crazy expensive and also browsing thru tons of websites online. I finally decided on Tulle and Chantilly from reviews and purchased a dress. Sophie was efficient in communicating thru email to confirm my measurements. The time from purchase to arrival of delivery was spot on as stated 2mths in fact abit earlier than expected. I tried on the dress together with my bridesmaid and we were so amazed at how perfectly it fit me and tailoring was awesome. Overall i would highly recommend Tulle and Chantilly for the price your pay and the awesome service provided! :) Well done!

Dresses do not look like the pictures! So gross! A waste of money! Everyone I showed laughed. Looks like a cheap costume!! I could find something 1000% better at a thrift store! it was hideous!!!!

I was the maid of honor for my sisters wedding and had to choose our bridesmaids dresses. My sister saw a dress on pinterest that she loved that T&C actualky recreated. I used their online instant chat to ask them a million questions because I was nervous about ordering online. They were very patient with me and always responded promptly and wit a grear attitude. Their communication was awesome and made me feel so much better about buying from them. I ordered five dresses! All of them were absolutely flawless, well made, and fit perfectly. The fabric was absolutely gorgeous and no weird seems or mistakes. They were honest about how long dresses would take to be made and once they were done I recieved them in about 3 days !!! Everyone at the wedding LOVED our dresses. We were beyond happy and got way more than we expected! Thank you so much T &C for making my sisters day so special. Can't wait to share photos!

For my wedding all I wanted was a purple wedding dress which was impossible to find! I ran across this website in my search and couldn't have been more excited!! I had tried on some wedding dresses to figure out the style of dress I wanted and what would compliment my body shape best. I sent Sophie the photos of me in the dress I loved the most and asked if they could make that same dress, but in purple. She sent me a sketch of the dress they would create for me in no time and I fell in love with it!! I sent her my measurements and she gave a time estimate for how long it would take (roughly 2 months) and a price which was extremely reasonable including the fact that it was free shipping!! The dress I tried on was way more expensive! I ended up receiving the dress a little after a month and I was blown away! Everything about the dress was perfect and it fit like a glove!! It was everything I wanted!! They have really made my wedding day everything I dreamed it to be!! I would recommend Tulle and Chantilly to everyone! They are amazing!!!

I have had my eye on this company since late last year. My cousin got engaged August of 2013, and out of excitement I began my search for the perfect maid of honor dress. Searches on Pinterest led me to tulleandchantilly and I sent out an email to inquire about styles, pricing, etc. Sophie was quick and very helpful in answering my questions, and she suggested given that the wedding was scheduled for June of this year (2014), it would be best to order at least 2 months ahead of time considering shipping and such. So, I kept this in mind, but continued to search because I had tons of time before needing to settle on a dress.

I found many sites and stores that offer dresses that are exactly the same styles and colors as offered through tulleandchantilly (and they are much cheaper!), however, I decided to buy through this company because of the awesome customer service received initially and again earlier this year when ordering.

The dress had come in about a month and it is beautifully made (material, detailing, etc.) Everything was perfect, but when it came to the bust/chest area the sizing was completely off. I quickly got in contact with Sophie again who suggested the best thing to do was get alterations in the area to assure whatever work needed was done in time. In doing so, I asked about the refund policy on their site that states:

"If the dress's size differs from the specifications you ordered, we encourage you to find a local seamstress to make adjustments, and we will gladly to give you some refund for the altered fee, if you choose this option, we require the copy of the receipt from your seamstress when you request reimbursement. If we make the dress in wrong size for you, you can return the dress to us, and get a refund."

Sophie said that they would only be able to refund a small amount because the company did handle shipping and labor, which I completely understood (the alterations to my dress ended up being pricey so I was thankful to have been able to get any help at all). As soon as I received the pricing on my alterations I scanned and forwarded all info to Sophie who stopped responding after that. I feel the whole refund situation was dealt with poorly and the company could really care less about messing up. Honestly, I would have rather been told that I was unable to get a refund for whatever reason up front than pretty much ditched.

I believe customer service is rated from beginning to end. Though Sophie seemed helpful in the beginning and during the ordering process, she didn't care about the follow up. I wish I could say I am an advocate for this company. Sadly, I don't recommend this company and have untabbed them for any future needs.
