ONE STAR — A WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING RENTING HERE straight up thevies and lairs and I got the recordings to prove it...oh and emails!!!!

Based on what I have been told about this situation, I have serious concerns about how this property is managed. A tenant was made to leave their accommodation, and their personal belongings were allegedly taken or withheld by the property management.

People’s homes and personal possessions are not trivial matters. Anyone managing residential property should treat tenants fairly, follow the law, and handle their belongings responsibly.

I would strongly advise prospective tenants to investigate the management company carefully, read the available reviews, and understand their rights before signing any agreement. I would want clear answers about how this situation was handled before trusting this company with my home and possessions

We honestly can't thank Kate enough. She dealt with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one, and without her I'm pretty sure our chain would have collapsed.

She was the only person who seemed to be constantly chasing things up, keeping everyone informed, and making sure things actually moved forward. Her communication was brilliant from start to finish, and she wasn't afraid to be assertive when it was needed.

On top of that, Kate is just a genuinely lovely person. She's so friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to, which made what could have been a really stressful process so much easier.

We're so grateful for everything she did. I genuinely don't think we'd be moving without her.

We sold our apartment via Tudor and would highly recommend them. Kate inparticular was absolutely amazing and integral to the sale of the property. She really cared about how the sale proceeded and chased all aspects of the chain (buyers/mortgage brokers/solicitors etc) regularly for us. At points where we felt like it all might fall through (due to others in the chain) she would do everything to ensure it kept moving along. We are super grateful for all the help they gave us during our sale.

We would highly recommend the team at Tudor. They have been so helpful with the process of putting our house on the market and keeping us updated all along from viewings to selling and along to completion.

As scary as being a first time buyer goes I feel like I can’t praise Elliott enough for how understanding, kind and patience he was with us throughout the whole process. He showed a lot of knowledge and made us feel at ease throughout. We’ve finally just completed our purchase and we couldn’t have done it without him, great pleasure working with him and all those at Tudors. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Will definitely be using again in future.

I wish there was more than 5 stars as 5 stars just does not do this company justice. I have bought and sold 6 times and I can honestly say my last move with Tudor was the easiest and most seamless so far. We sold and bought through Tudor and the whole process only took 11 weeks from offer to completion. Kate managed everything, liasing with other vendors in the chain, chasing my solicitor, chasing vendor solicitors and not once did I have to chase anything.
