Where is my order?
I’ve just been to collect my order, which according to the ‘manage my order’ link on the order confirmation will be ready to collect in store from 4pm yesterday. It was a wasted journey because it’s not there.
Edited to add - I have now collected the item. When it was ready to collect I received a message. It would be helpful if the information on the ‘manage my order’ page was correct, and/or made it clear that the order can’t be collected until a message confirms it’s ready.

Bought 2 items in the Sale keeping both. Always good quality. Purchased an orange dress from Dorothy Perkins and a jean skirt from EVERBELLE. Size 12 in dress and 14 in skirt. Am between sizes.

There was a mix up in my on line order…
There was a mix up in my on line order and you sent me two orders of the same items , which I was charged for . When I tried to return one set via my local Argos shop , I was told I couldn't do that , as the order had been delivered o my house ...yet on line it said I could take it to any Argos shop to return for free. In the end I returned it by post and paid the postage !! Poor experience all round really .

I chose click and collect formy order
I chose click and collect formy order. I was notified when to collect my parcels from the store with the accompanying nos. When I gave the details he found that the parcel ordered for my husband had my no - my no didn't exist. The assistant was so helpful - he searched for my parcel by name only which involved a lot of work for him. He found my parcel with a random number on it - I can only assume it was the no of another customer so the confusion will continue down the line - what a shame - the goods were correct the assistant was lovely and the person who made up and dispatched the order let the business down,

Very disappointed with TU no…
Very disappointed with TU no communication about what has happened to my order this is the second time this has happened in 3 weeks, should of been delivered to store Saturday and every time I call to see what’s happening they say in transit should be at the store by 4pm they have said that for last 3 days. Items are now out of stock online they took my payment 12 days ago which is not acceptable as ordered when they had stock. Just read other reviews and it doesn’t look good so many people have had the same issues as I have had with no update on orders, when you call their customer service we have all had the same response it has left the warehouse and will be in store later that day. Been lied too.

Brilliant merchandise
Quick and efficient service. I have recently bought both a jacket and kilt. Looking forwards to wearing both when it gets cooler. Fits nicely, a good heavy skirt and bang on trend Jacket. Looks so expensive.skirt and top with balloon sleeves great for wearing now and a cinch with on offer on sale.
Bought two dresses early in the summer. Lots of comments all positive. I would recommend TU. good quality and on trend up to date merchandise. Good material beating your competitors by a mile.

I’ve purchased a few items from TU on click and collect and have had great experiences. I think the clothing is of really good quality, had a few summer dresses for my holidays and also had Disney baby outfits for a friend.

Product 3+ days late ( not arrived yet). No email updates. Every agent i speak to suggests another 24 hours. I have had to chase updates myself. Every other delivery service I have used has given multiple updates. TU has provided nothing. Very disappointed!
