Placed an order in August, order never arrived. Got a few emails saying they would send it then said the goods were out of stock and issued a credit note. Have tried in numerous occasions to contact them for a refund but they will not answer emails or messages.

Seriously can’t recommend the girls at TTP enough. I’ve been so stuck for years trying to find the right balance for me and the best way to train as I have a Heart Condition. After starting with TTP I have achieved goals that I never thought would be possible for me. Danielle and Harley are so down to earth and fun and most importantly reliable, understanding and very professional, the knowledge they have is unbelievable.

I honestly couldn’t recommend TTP coaching enough!! They really cater for all stages from beginners to your more advance, with knowledge that you can fully rely on throughout your journey.
The coaches are amazing with so much life and enthusiasm, they really want to help each individual person achieve their goals with their completely down to earth attitudes and zero judgement.
And for all the pregnant mummies I am currently 20 weeks pregnant my dad is 63 and starting his fitness journey again and my son is 6 years old with a bundle of energy, Danielle was able to cater for all of our individual fitness needs with knowledge that particularly makes me feel safe throughout each workout and my little boy absolutely loves it!
All I can say is Amazing coaches Amazing workouts with the results you’re completely looking for honestly what more could you want.

Whether you your goal is to lose weight, tone up or get fit Danielle & Harley are truly inspirational. So many times I’ve started out with good intentions then lost motivation after a few days or a week. With Trust The Process, it was completely different. They proved to be exactly what I needed to embed good habits consistently. Most importantly they are always on hand to motivate you when needed.

By far the best and most knowledgeable trainers Iv had. The way the sessions change and are adapted to the specific person is top quality. From super fit to beginners TTP should be your choice everytime!!

I thought I was fit and strong until training was changed by the girls and I felt like a beginner and this is from hone workouts, can’t imagine actually being in the gym!

The best online coaching I've used, both Harley and Danielle are super friendly and motivating! Clear and effective workouts for at home or the gym. I've actually achieved goals ive never been able to before, I'm lighter, fitter and healthier than ever and still able to enjoy my life without dieting and exersice overtaking!X
