If you're considering working here, please think twice. This company is a highly toxic and dysfunctional workplace where a handful of team leads (initials L, A, N) exert unchecked control over everything — from employee tasks to internal communication — with no accountability or oversight.
There is no formal HR department, no proper management, and no financial or administrative structure. You’re essentially at the mercy of three individuals who run the place like a personal fiefdom. They frequently use tools like WhatsApp and Slack to intimidate employees, even during customer calls, creating a deeply unprofessional and mentally exhausting atmosphere.
The lack of employee protections, constant department switches, and demeaning treatment make it nearly impossible to grow, feel secure, or even maintain your mental well-being. The pay is extremely low for the amount of work and pressure placed on you, and there is zero regard for work-life balance.
Many who join leave feeling broken, demoralized, and regretful. If your self-respect, career growth, and mental health matter to you — stay far away from this place.

So those calls you dont recieve, the things/requests that are not responded to or done and most important the dreadful non human policies and dictatorship policies come directly from this bunch of 60000 american criminals. Them and other ''companies'' like them are used by massive companies for policies and CC, Hence the dreadful treatment to anyone requiring real time human help. They all need to be got rid of, they are turning our world into a hateful place.
TTEC London. Power tripping managers and no regard to any UK laws. Every issue will come down to being your fault, technical issues will result in a loss of pay, do not honour contractual agreements including sick pay (prepare to work without any time off even if you request it), a non existent HR, oh if your under a manager like L**a and your not liked, he/she will make your life difficult and bully you to leave. High turnover, soon to be replaced by Ai or call centres in India. Do not care about tenured agents. Not a place to build a career unfortunately.
Discriminatory to an alarming and illegal degree, do not work here. A lawsuit was won for descrimination against them. Stay as far away from them as you can.
I have been with this company since November 2023 and I have yet to be paid. I don’t know if it’s a scam or not, but nothing seems right with them. They rarely respond to messages, it’s one excuse after another, with delay after delay. They say the payroll was tampered with recently, but that would only delay the pay for a week, maybe two. Why wasn’t I paid before that? They are quite rude when they do respond, by telling me to calm down! Who wouldn’t be upset. I can’t pay my bills, I can’t eat properly, I can’t get my meds. I have debts that are at final demands. All because of them.
We engaged VoiceFoundry (a TTEC company) to provision our Amazon Connect instance, as well as to implement a voicemail and holiday hours management application. While the Connect instance setup was passable, the management applications they delivered showed complete incompetence in software development. The voicemail application uses full scans on a DynamoDB database, which created major issues when the size of stored messages exceeded 1MB (scans are limited to the first 1MB of data, as opposed to queries). In addition, they used dates with single-digit months and days in a sort key, meaning that the sorting of the voicemails produced out-of-order results.
At this point I would have given them two stars, but their abject refusal to fix the glaring bugs in their software without an additional statement of work (even though I located and provided them with the problematic sort function code in the minified and obfuscated Lambda function), leaves me with no choice but to warn people to stay far, far away from this vendor.
I have been with TTEC 2 years in Feb , and the management (Tom) and (Toni) I work with have to be the most Influential and true genuine team I have ever worked for they go above and beyond, I can't ask for a better Company (TTEC) Choice Hotels
Company lures potential job seekers to complete an application to work from home. Following a lengthy 15 minute application gathering personal information, they hold your information then hijack your application until you complete an online assessment. I don't complete 30-minute assessments about donkey and horse relationships without compensation. They refused to compensate - their choice. However, I waited for 15 minutes to chat with an agent who would NOT delete my account of personal information, which in accordance with the FTC, is likely sold to identity thefts and the black market. My account has not been deleted though I have asked them to delete it and affirm its deletion.
